The ladies at the reception, incredibly smiling,helpful and friendly. The hot water doesn’t finish.

Everything is basic. But for the price you’re paying it’s absolutely fine.

The hotel is a pleasant 5–7 minute walk to the beach. If you plan to use the public shower facilities there, please note that a small fee of 5,000 VND is required per use. The room and bathroom were basic but appropriate for a budget hotel and matched the price well. There are a few 24/7 convenience stores nearby, and the hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of local and international restaurants. Getting around the city was very easy using taxis, ride‑share cars or motorbikes via the Grab app. Reception was staffed 24/7, the housekeeping team kept the hotel spotless, and the receptionists were warm, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and value for budget travellers.

I had no major dislikes — the hotel is slightly dated, but everything was functional and good value for a budget stay.

No breakfast and safety vault

I liked the location, and after I got them to move me to another room I like the room.

There is a building being built next door with much pounding and noise at 7:00 am. The hotel is rebuilding swimming pool on top of hotel with much more noise. The big thing though was although I reserved from 12/25-1/15, the hotel asked me to cancel reservation so I could move from one room to another first night. I didn’t get the new room for several days. THEN, on the 3rd, they told me I would have to leave hotel as they were full. When I moved from one room to another I asked them to promise I would have room until the 15th. I was very clear. They still didn’t honor their word even though they showed availability on Booking. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There are several good ones on the same block though, but I did think they had restaurant for breakfast. No. It has been closed since Covid. Most of the rooms do not look like the picture, they are very drab but functional.

Clean, great view, TONS of hot water 24/7, great location and great prices. Sheets smell fresh and fluffy towels. What's not to like?

Spacious room, good location, kind staff

The staff did not inform us that the sodas, waters, and energy drinks in the fridge required a fee, and there is no signage on the fridge either. The hotel also does not have a microwave, and only does room cleaning during certain hours. Also, the only visible way to the lobby was going up a set of stairs, inconvenient for those with heavy large luggages

Very good hotel, I got a king room with a view. It comfortable for the whole 10 days I stayed there

- Was 10’ from the beach and beach clubs.- Staff were nice.

-The room’s window was facing a wall, so no actual sunlight. -The room was not soundproof, you could hear the cleaners talking and walking outside the room.

The bathroom got stuck too easily.It was hard to get warm water in the shower.There are 2 hotels with the same name that aren’t synchronized(we got moved twice while check in).The bad sheets got stains.Not a good location - in the end of the main road, not so closed to good restaurants and grocery stores.
