Chicland Boutique Danang Beach Hotel

Location was the ONLY positive thing out of this entire experience.

The front office reception and the whole check im process was a nightmare! The absolute worse i have ever encountered in my 3 decades of traveling.

The Hotel located in 2-3 minutes from the beach across the street. Really cool lounge with signature drinks. Also infinity pool was perfect with great view. We had a room with a small balcony decorated by trees and green that looks really amazing. Also our partial sea view actually was a sea view because you can see everything from the balcony.

Breakfast is great with many options they even had soy milk which was amazing. Staff is exceptionally kind. Pool is very nice. Hotel is very modern clean with large hallways.

Room was very disappointing and not as pictured. I booked for 4 people, and it only had 1 bed. I thought it had a pull out couch. I was expecting a fully equipped kitchen and usable refrigerator. The fridge is tiny and packed with stuff they charge for. Water is not complimentary. They charge for everything. Very overpriced, and not a good value. When I saw the room I asked to cancel the last 2 nights of the 5 night stay and they didn't allow me to, so we had to made it work. Very few places to put clothes and unpack suitcases and stuff. Almost no balcony. Pictures showed a very nice balcony that's what sold me on this place, but there was only a tiny balcony with plants with no sitting area, barely enough to stand. They gave us a rollaway bed that they charged us for per night. Shampoo conditioner and body wash all the same. Super overpriced hotel. The place I booked cancelled on us last minute because they overbooked it and I booked this place in a panic, and didn't do enough research. No cups, no silverware and they even charge for the coffee. Super disappointing because the hotel itself is very nice. No flexibility with cancelling if it doesn't suit your needs. In general most places here in Da Nang are flexible and understanding, but the policy at this hotel is very strict, with no flexibility whatsoever. I don't recommend for families, as they don't have larger rooms, and could not move us to a room with more beds. For single people or couples traveling with little luggage it may be worth it, but not for families. Showers were warm, but never hot. This would all have been ok if the hotel were reasonably priced.

I rather stay in any other hotel next time. It would be better with the money I have paid.

The hotel restaurant at first floor is so expensive. One bowl of PHO cost 150k đồng but it tastes worse than a cup of instant noddle.

Breakfast was good. Location is just across the beach, Excellent staff and very polite.

A bit surprised, at checkout, they asked to pay Dong 90K ($3.5) for the laundry bag that my friend had put his dirty clothes in.

the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, mordern design and excellent service. the amenities was great especially the gym and infinity pool. the room was clean and cozy. the staffs were super friendy and helpful.

Evaluating the property according Da Nang conditions All was good . Breakfast included An amazing sky infinity pool .

So noisy until 4 pm from outdoor clubbing and karaoke.It must have a noise limit and definitely not until 4 near hotels.

To Evaluate it fo Da Nang city standards was very good.We had a nice room .Very nice sky infinity pool.Breakfast included but lot of local food Coffee , fruits and eggs are ok

On the beach very close to the hotel there are outdoor clubs and karaoke very loud and not loise controlled.Verly loud until morning 4 am.

The bed and pillows were the comfiest ever.

The towels were very thin already that it should be replaced. It was also placed close to the floor upon arrival and one was stained when I arrived before I even used it.

Great location and wonderful facilities. Our room was clean and once we figured out the AC - we were golden. It was great stay and I would definitely at Chicland when back in Da Nang.

Location is perfect, the hotel is well designed with clean lines and relaxing colors. The pool is a bit small but the view is amazing.

The staff were friendly but did seem genuine. The clean staff were very helpful and nice. The rest from the front desk, restaurant, and bellman were not genuine. They smile and say hi but didn’t seem warm. The breakfast was not impressive. It was just like any other breakfast buffet.

Nice location, modern room.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Views from the room were fantastic. Room was big and the bed was comfortable.

The noise from outside was rediculous, the rooms are not sound proofed. Very loud music playing till late (beach bars) You just couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. Then at 5am there was some sort of event on the beach with very loud yelling over a speaker that went on and on for hours. Not really the hotels fault its the other vendors in the area just a heads up its not a quiet relaxing spot...

Excellent breakfast, many choices of Vietnamese and European cuisine. Spacious rooms, walls covered with lots of greenery, sea view, excellent location just beside the beach. Very helpful staff.

Nothing to complain of.

Hotel is really nice with a clean minimal design. The exterior of the building is unique and creates a beautiful setting for the balcony. Rooms are spacious and stylish. Beachfront location down a slightly more quiet end of My Khe beach, whilst being close and walkable to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Recently stayed at Chicland Hotel in Danang and was thoroughly impressed by its unique blend of eco friendly, modern minimalism. The hotel’ lush green facade is an immediate standout, it feels like a vertical garden oasis right across from My Khe beach.
