Golden Line Danang Hotel

Location is good, close to the sea, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets around. But hotel is old, and not so well maintained. Phone was broken, I asked for second towel and they couldn’t give it because: “it’s just one towel per person”. Wow… Never in my life I was refused given second towel by a hotel. Breakfast was good, the only plus.

Old, weird rules, broken things.

Location is good.

The rooms are really small. The room floors were wet and dirty when we arrived.We had loud neighbors and when we told reception about them they just dismissed it and told us it is expected.

Shower head brocken , water leaking on the floor outside shower , aircon didnt work well in the morning , room small and depressing, breakfast terrible, cold coffe every day , food tasted strange , one lady in reception not so friendly , rest of the staff was nice and friendly

Very nice pool and view on rooftop.We didn't have the bed we booked and we had better breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us nice recommendations. We liked that it was well located next to some delicious seafood restaurants, massage places and close to the beach.

The room was too small. We couldn't leave our suitcase open and it was not sound proof. We could hear the neighbors watching TV and the doors slamming.

Clean room, good breakfast with a lot of variety, location is central. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Toilet papers are very thin

the staff that cleaned the room wasnt at all friendly. they came at all silly times. sometime 9.am sometimes 14.00 pm. the room wasnt cleaned properly not enough toilet rolls. didnt clean toilet properly. room was dusty. some times nolarge towels.

Breakfast was poor as it had no flavour, was not hot and I found it hard to eat anythingThere was always sand on the floor in the room even after they swept it

Broken Toilet seat, very dirty underneath the bed, dusty around window curtains, stained marks all over tea/coffee cups. Hotel facilities are out dated

The location was great and the staff incredible , so kind, polite and helpful. They even sang happy birthday to me with a cake ❤️??Also a must try : Bread and butter bakery just around the corner ?

We asked for a room changed and the second room was better. The security guy is very friendly

The first room was small and not properly cleaned. When we asked to change the room and agreed for a price increased, they told us we had to change the following day as the first room we were for half day was now not cleaned and they didn't have anyone to send for the cleaning. The hotel was not at capacity at all....

Location is close to everything: beach, restaurants, shops. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Bathroom is not well maintained. Toilet seat is visibly stained and needed replacement like years ago.

This is a good hotel with friendly and informative staff, all of the facilities are nice except the pool area.Also a group of men sit outside the Hotel front door, smoking and gambling. This really is a bad impression for the hotel, especially for when new customers arrive it is the first thing they see.

I rated the facililties low only because of the swimming pool. The steps into the swimming pool are loose and the chairs at the pool cafe bar are all broken. The swimming pool area is in poor condition. The rest of the Hotel is great and I will come back.

The breakfast was pretty awful, we ended up eating out most days. The furniture by the pool is completely worn out, needs to be replaced.

This is my first time in Danang, I had a good time staying at the hotel, the friendly staff made the best of it, by the way the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious for the price. I will stay here if I come back to Danang

This place is great ! Rooms are modern and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Hotel near beach, easy to find. Staff very friendly and good breakfast. This place is 10/10, could not recommend it more
