The locations was great. Easy walk to the beach & wee bit longer walk to the night markets. Very cheap accommodation with free breakfast.

Would have been nice to have a room with a view.

This was a last minute booking when my usual hotel in DaNang was fully booked. For the money and the last minute nature of the booking, it was absolutely great. This was an interior room with a window onto a ventilation well. No view. But the huge plus is that it was dark and extremely quiet. Given the hotel's location on the main road, this was an enormous advantage. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Bathroom was big and well-stocked. The hotel is very close to the beach, and there is an absolutely brilliant noodle restaurant within 50 metres.

I did book the hotel for the gym and pool. Unfortunately, both shut at 6.30, before my arrival, and when I inspected them in the morning, the gym was under-resourced and the pool was very small. It's for a plunge rather than a swim. My room did have a slight musty smell and there were some black patches on the wall that had to be wiped off, but DaNang is very humid over winter and that is something that is encountered in even the best of hotels in VN.

Convenient location.

Pictures on booking are misleading, rooms are way smaller than they look on the website. The swimming pool is tiny, and was dirty, no bar.Holes in linen and towels and thick uncomfy pillows.

Location is good

So old facilities, the room makes us feel like it’s haunted. If you’re with a kid, just don’t stay here

The room had a good view of the beach as well as part of the city. The hotel is very close to the beach and walking distance to Vincom Shopping Complex.Thee bed is very comfortable, hot water is very hot and the pressure is excellent. It's an older hotel which could use a little glow up but exceptional value for money. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel as well as mini markets to purchase essentials as well as inexpensive alcoholic beverages.The staff were so friendly and helped us with all enquiries. Laundry services at the hotel are very inexpensive- 20,000 dong per kilo.We originally booked for 3 nights and eventually booked another 10 days. And we have booked to return the middle of October.

Too narrow and unreasonably-high-step emergency exit stairs with a little low guard railsWe had 3 rooms in 2 adjacent floors so we mainly used the stairs to visit each other. It was scary so I wondered how people could run on those stairs in case of evacuation

The breakfast selection was good. I enjoyed the variety available each day. Mr. Huy is the best! He was very helpful. he went above and beyond to take care of us. I am forever grateful for him.

I went for breakfast one morning and some of the chaffing pans were empty. I asked the staff if they were planning to restock those selections and I was told, "no." It was only 834. - The phone in my room did not work. The walk-in shower was not sealed. - Provided resusable shower shoes (not sanitary)- Housekeeping: They was not properly not cleaned the room at all. They replaced towels and mopped the dirty floors, no sweeping. They showed up at my kids room as we were preparing to leave and we asked if they could skip over our rooms and we were told, "no, we need to clean now or your room will not be cleaned today."

Water didn't get hot in shower - lukewarm at best. Bathroom could have been cleaner, plugholes were strange.

It's a perfect place for resting and going to the beach. The beach is literally meters away. They offer a buffet breakfast (sometimes it may be included or not, depending on your booking; but, if it's not included, you can pay at the 2nd floor and eat there). Our room had a fridge and a kettle so you can buy your own food. The aircon worked very well. It was very clean and they came to organize our room every morning. They allow late check-ins! Our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving after 1:30 AM to the hotel, but one kind man was working the desk even at that time. He was very nice and did our check-in with no problems!

Nothing! Just a PSA, the 2 small water bottles on the fridge aren't free. We weren't aware of this, so we drank them, and when we did check-out, they charged us for them. But it was a miscommunication when we checked in, so it's understandable.

Value for money it wasn't that great compared to others... You can hear all the noisy people in the lobby and I was on the 14th floor... The cleaning lady was rude pushing her mop into me rather than saying excuse me...

Superb location

The property’s kinda outdated but it was a value for money accommodation.

Stayed one night here, great location very central to Da Nang, can walk to pretty much everything. We booked the basic room and the bed was MASSIVE! So comfortable too not too soft, not too hard and pillows great! ? Shower worked well and kept warm, shower gel provided and hairdryer which is always a plus when travelling!Pool area was rather small on the rooftop (big enough for one group) and only 2 sun loungers there with not much shade at all.Staff were lovely and kept our luggage for us before our bus came.

Breakfast was adequate.A simple selection of fruit,water melon,orange and dragon fruit.Eggs but for us the overall offering adequate but average.

A few more bread selections,hot coffee and better bacon.At the price one can not be too critical.We di not like over the bath showers.

Location is 50m from the beach. Panorama view to the city. Beautiful room with comfortable beds. Kind and helpful stuff. Perfect breakfast. Money exchange at the reception desk. Luggage could stay after checking out.

Hotel is at the center of everything. The view from my room was awesome the room was also clean The receptionists were all friendly especially Huy he was very helpful and kind couldn’t have done much in Danang without him.

Don't even think of booking this shit hotel its far away from every Attraction and the receptionist Trang is really bad not at all kind enough to help the customer she is not aware about anything the room stay wasn't extended even on request A small room was given and the bathroom was literally stinking

Very friendly and accomodating staff esp at the reception. Very good location and good value for money. We enjoyed Da Nang!
