    Pros +

    • Very neat rooms and hotel located well near the beach. Street where this hotel is located is also a bustling place with quite a few restaurants within 100-200 metres.
    • I stayed at Palazzo Luxury Hotel recently and overall, I found it to be a great value-for-money option with some standout positives and a few areas that could be improved.• The hotel offers great value for the price paid.• Staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.• Check-in was quick and seamless, which we appreciated after a long journey.• The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of food and drink options. It made everything incredibly convenient.• Breakfast was decent considering the boutique size of the hotel.
    • The location. The fact that they had scooters to rent at the reception. The queen bed was like for 4 people :). I booked it last minute due to the amazing 60 or 70% discount, but I had imagined that they would give me the spare rooms. For that amount of money, the room matched the expectations, but not 4stars. Its really close to Maia Beach or Kala Kala. Good for young people that like to party.

    Cons -

    • The hotel’s facilities were a little lacking. For example, there was only one lift serving all floors, and it got very crowded during peak periods like check-out. We had to wait quite a while for it to become available. The bed in our room was old and quite creaky, which affected our quality of sleep. While the live music from the bar downstairs added a nice atmosphere, it became disruptive in the evenings as the sound carried into our room. It continued until 11pm, which made it hard to fall asleep early. One major inconvenience was the lack of ironing facilities. The hotel only had one iron for all guests to share, and there was no ironing board provided. We had no choice but to iron our clothes on the bed, which could potentially damage the bedding and cause unnecessary concern about being charged for it.Not much Halal food options for Muslim travellers.
    • The breakfast was safe, okay I could say. The smell in the room, humid. The room is a bit dark for my preferences.
    • The rooms are showing their age and could benefit from a little renovation. Everything else was great and I highly recommend as their property is in the center of the tourist area with all the good local and international restaurants. Great value.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, and everything about the experience was excellent. The hotel was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with staff providing outstanding service throughout our stay. Its location is a major highlight — with massage centers nearby, the lively festive vibe around the area, and Beach is just a short distance away, there was always something to enjoy. Another big plus was the availability of Indian restaurants close by, serving some of the best food we had during our trip. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, great service, and an excellent location, making it a great choice for travelers visiting Danang.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is great, 10/10. I didn't use the pool, but the view from that rooftop was Instagram worthy. They had good internet for digital nomads. The breakfast was very good for the price of the room, a lot of variety that changed daily, Asian/ Western, they make your eggs to order. Any issues I had regarding room maintenance were fixed less than 30 minutes after asking the front desk. Less than 5 min. walk to the beach.

The rooms are showing their age and could benefit from a little renovation. Everything else was great and I highly recommend as their property is in the center of the tourist area with all the good local and international restaurants. Great value.

    Location

Stingy. You can’t ever charge your phone or use the refrigerator without the room card. That means you can’t keep things cool to avoid spoilage if you take a trip to the beach. Also the they tried to get me to change currency for a ridiculously bad rate hoping I wouldn’t realize it.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There're minors issue with the room, spoke with the staff and they change us to the new room. The rest is fine and comfortable.

The room was massive. The breakfast was buffet and not to bad.Close to loads of food and coffee shops.

Rather a noisy street to stay in.

    6DaleyPosted on: 11-12-2025

Staff was excellent. Very courteous and helpful

No hot water in the shower. Loud music player outside on the weekends by bars downstairs. Couldn't sleep

The first reception desk staff and the bell boy were excellent. They were extremely welcoming and informative. The hotel was close to the beach and shops.

The beds were noisy and squeaked every time you turned. The fitness centre seems to have been abandoned and it seemed to have been created in a disused bedroom which hadn't seen a hoover or dust rag for a long time. We never got to the pool as it was located in another building. I could also smell that there were rats in the hotel; which I was able to ignore until my daughter saw one in the dining area two days before we left. We reported this and never had breakfast again. On checking out, we saw a rat emerge from the dining area into the reception area where we were sitting and then ran back towards the kitchen. The receptionist also saw this as we had started shouting in surprise. Has the rat been in the kitchen for the last 2 days?

Room was spacious and clean. It smells really nice too. Pillows, sheets, towels were clean. Bed was comfy. Very good location, many massage and restaurants and pubs around the area. Close to the beach.

Loud noise outside but i do not mind it. Breakfast was so-so, not many choices. No hot shower or maybe it just take soooooo long.

Location was excellent, 2 mins to the beach with many restaurants around the area. Staff was courteous and always pleasant.

Fitness center needs updating. Beds are very firm and could be replaced.

The room was good, the bathroom was quite spacious. The receptionist guy organized tours to Pagoda/Hoi An and to the Golden bridge - the offer was cheaper compared to other options, we liked it overall. Breakfast was also quite good.

It was close to the beach. The breakfast buffet included many vietnamese and intercontinental options but the quality was not as good as we would have expected it.

It was not at all as it was described on booking.com and it did not look like the pictures. There were bugs in the beds, mold next to the ventilations, and when we asked to clean the room or move us to a clean room, it was really hard to convince the staff to do anything at all. You can hear everything on the floor from the other guests and from other buildings, and when we checked in at 1am, there were no lights and we had to wake up the hotel staff - not what a 24h reception should look like. We were not even sure that we were at the right place. In the end we were asked about our experience which we were honest about. The staff was not amused and gifted us coffee while asking us to please not write a bad recommendation. Definitly no recommendation at all.

The best of this hotel is the location, it's not right in front of the beach but it's one street behind only, so you get to the beach in just 3 minutes. Plus, the neighborhood has plenty of everything: restaurants, bars, laundry, spas, massages, pharmacies, etc, so as location goes, this is great. Also, the staff was nice and polite. The room wasn't anything amazing, decoration wise, but still clean, and everything worked well: AC, Tv, shower, all worked well. Finally, the price compared with other options is very competitive, great price for its location.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, too thick for me, but I guess that is a personal taste issue. Moreover, the balcony, was too small and, the tv didn't had the option too put the kids channels into original version, it always had the Vietnamese dub. Also, the pool is nothing special, but when you are close to the beach I guess it doesn't matter that much. Finally, breakfast is ok, nothing too fancy, but for the price we paid for all stay is fair.

    Location

I reserved a room at palazzo luxury hotel as you can see by the title of the review.. But they put me in Palazzo cozy hotel which is cheaper and much lower quality. Easily confused and scammed because the cheaper one is on the other side of the same building. To anyone reading, DO NOT book this place else ye be scammed into a cheap dirty room.

    Great location and friendly staff.

Old funiture, but ok for a short stay

    7A.stanescuPosted on: 5-1-2025

Location, very close to the beachRoom size

Loud sounds from outside come into the room easily. Very noisy as the street is crowded and with parties at night.

    7MartaPosted on: 4-27-2025

The place is central and close to the beach, and the staff is helpful for every request

The only defect in the room was the air conditioning system that was working on and off, so first night was very hot and the second very cold. Due to the issue the room stayed a bit humid and the swimming suits had hard time to dry

    9DarrenPosted on: 4-21-2025

Excellent hotel, great location and staff were just the best, we were very happy with this hotel, certainly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was excellent but my only improvement would be hot food doesn't stay hot, but staff reheated for me which was nice. Also ban the motor bike riders selling food "Boa Buns with loudspeaker travelling all through the night and early mornings, lol....
