The view is best , and the room is big .I really love it .

Only the bathtubs when I take shower the water come out wet the floor.

The view from our room was beautiful. Breakfast buffet was decent.

The bed mattress was old, we could feel the springs when sleeping. The gym was poor at best. They only had 2 machines and free weights. No effort was put into making a nice gym. No air-con in lobby, hallways, or elevators. Not a luxury Hotel.

Perfectly located across from a beautiful beach, great (free) breakfast, charming staff, reasonable price for an outstanding room, unbeatable view, etc. Everything was perfect!

I cannot find anything negative to write; it's a great place, one of the best rooms I've ever had (and I'm a very experienced traveler).

This was great hotel in a great location. The room we had was fantastic, huge super king size bed plus a sitting area. Massive bathroom with jet tub. Very clean and fast elevators. Breakfast was ok, geared mostly toward the Asian market but always found.

Bartenders were unsure how to make a couple of drinks on the menu. They would guess what the drink was and get snotty when you said no.

Breakfast was fine a couple eggs and the rest was Asian specific not really international.\Coffee wasn't hot, nor was the tea.

The were Chinese people all over the place yelling and shouting. Banging on our door several times, out in the hall ways yelling. Never seen anything like it in my life. VET YOUR CLIENTS!!!

Staff was very welcoming, helpful, and very quick services. The room was very clean and exceptional. Nothing broken in the room

The socket on the left side of the bed was too close to the lamp switch, and I had a big block charger. The charging block couldn't stay in the socket because of the switch.

Room was amazing and very large.

I didn’t really care for the breakfast but as a western person I suppose I can’t expect eggs Benedict everywhere I go.

Beware description of this hotel. Never 5* and certainly not luxury. Check in/ check out/breakfast(indifferent) nightmare.Hotel lifts overwhelmed by hordes of noisy Korean tourist groups. Very large but grubby and crowded

Location and the suite was great!

Tennis court with no net gym with no water, they wanted to charge for water. Gym tredmills slip and are dangerous. Room service for ice took 45 mins. In my opinion not 5 star.

Good location facing the sea

Bathroom design is poor as the floor was "flooded" after a shower. The breakfast was below expectation (even the Vietnamese coffee was poor).

The suite was great! Amazing view, Good value for it too. cleaning was good. Location is great too.

Restaurants were closed in the hotel, less sense of food & drinks for breakfast. Staff at counter did not help on my requests and sent me out to check myself (rent motorbike, exchange money)

This property has a great location and great view.

The rooms are outdated and there was dust and mold. If you have allergies I recommend keeping that in mind. Although it's non-smoking there is a faint tobacco smell, the staff advise that some travelers ignore the rules and smoke inside. The window didn't fully open to assist with airing out the room. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and if you have mobility issues the shower/tub setup could be difficult.

Location is convenient , staff are nice and quick to serve and helpful

The room is smelling bad as you walk in first time due to the old carpet. The shower is bad design, water is running all over as we take shower. Towels are old and hard

Breakfast was ok. Good location, just beside the beach with great view from my room.
