Location, breakfast, and staff.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, clean room.

Noise, across the road from a bar, with loud music - only until 10:30 pm. The road noise was pretty loud. Doable but certainly not quiet.

The building smell old, carpets in the hallway need to be clean and small details in the rooms like curtains needs to be clean ect.... the small details

Staff was excellent. Very clean

Room had small windows that you couldn’t see out of. It was not the room shown on the website. The area is very loud all night long.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. The location is great, with direct access to the beach and a nice swimming area that is perfect for families and couples. The value for the price is very good.

The smell in the reception and elevator was not always pleasant, although everything was fine inside the room. The hotel is also located right in front of a restaurant or nightclub, which can cause some noise at night if you are a light sleeper.

Breakfast buffet was super good, staff super welcoming and helpful

You could hear noise from the street even though being at the 9th floor

This is my third time staying at Mandila Hotel. I love its location and the warmth and friendliness of the staff.

I requested a room with two beds. This has a bath tub which the seniors in our group found difficult to get into for taking a bath. We requested a transfer to another room because of this but they only had one king bed available. Management should take note that the bath tub could be unsafe for the elderly and rectify this.

The location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach. There were a lot of restaurants around the hotel. MUST check out great restaurants were: Hải sản Mộc quán Đà Nẵng, Nhà Bếp Xưa Restaurant, and Hải Sản Đà Nẵng Bé Biển.

The staff members were fantastic! They really cared for the guests. Hard working staff. Thanks to Hannah, Thu, and Long. The view from my room was fantastic and breakfast was amazing.

Hygiene, facilities, food, location, staff manners and hospitality

We booked sea view, but we didn’t get in front of the sea view,we got a little sea view room

Location, price, breakfast, and staff were excellent.

Check out was disorganized. Took too long to check us out. Communication could be better. The person helping us was not helpful. Took 30 minutes to complete check out process and payment while I waited at the service desk. Not ideal when trying to get to airport to catch our flight.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time in Da Nang. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The staff at this hotel were friendly and always willing to accommodate our requests with great hospitality.We would like to give special thanks to Ms. "Thao Mai" for her warm welcome and for assisting us throughout our stay. She was very helpful in fulfilling our needs and also provided valuable recommendations for tourist attractions in Da Nang.

Everything was perfect

It's a beautiful hotel just a few minutes from the beach. I booked a suite that faced the sea and had a balcony; I could easily relax and enjoy the sunrise every morning. The amenities that the hotel offered were excellent! Whether you wanted to take a dip in the infinity pool or eat a delicious meal at the Halo Bar (F19), get a wonderful massage in their spa (F18), or enjoy their breakfast buffet in the morning (F3). The staff was always kind and polite; my favorite was Tran Thuy, who was the host at Halo Bar and Restaurant on F19.

The city of Da Nang has an issue that they need to resolve immediately. Ocean Lounge Club is near 14 resorts, and they are a privately owned outdoor business that plays club music (thump, thump, thump) at 120 decibels very late into the night. Most times with only a handful of people sitting at their tables. You have beautiful My Kye Beach, ocean waves crashing, and then Ocean Lounge ruining the experience.

Great beachfront location with amazing views from bar/pool area (other than drinks, sodas, and snacks, they offered lots of refreshing fresh fruit juices) close to many restaurants, convenience store next door. Our room had nice, partial ocean front views, lots of space, and comfortable bed. Kettle/coffee/tea/bottled water available in our room for that first cup before going upstairs for an ample breakfast buffet.My Keh beach within walking distance, enjoyed a great, reasonably priced foot massage at Tropical Palm Beach spa right on the beachHannah, and all the staff we encountered during our stay were welcoming, professional and helpful.
