The hotel was beautiful .The Breakfast buffet is incredible.The location is amazing as it is across from the beach.The price is very reasonable Staff members - were hospitable and helpful , they made the experience really enjoyable!

The hotel forgot to pick me up at the airport . I requested a wake up call and no one called ! Christmas buffet dinner was cold¸. They told me I could not bring in my takeout because it was seafood , even though they serve seafood?!

For such a hotel, a room without windows is un-acceptable.

Amazing breakfast. Largest selection so far during our one month bouncing around Vietnam. Tip: ask the staff for bacon and they will bring you some... Don't know why they don't set it out but it's delish.The view from our room was awesome.

It's been mentioned before but... The way the bathroom is set up just does not work... on so many levels. The bathroom is wonderfully large with a giant glass wall being the only thing that separates it from the main room... with a sliding glass door so you can move between bedroom and bathroom. How do you get any privacy, you ask? Well, I'll tell you how...There are ginormous blinds that you manually roll up and down using a pulley system (it takes some time and effort). Unfortunately, the ginormous blinds completely block the sliding door, so you must pulley them back up to exit the bathroom, then pulley them down again to do your bidness privately. If you're old and wee a lot, and don't appreciate company whilst doing so, this is not the room for you. If this isn't an issue for you, you will enjoy a lovely view of the ocean from your throne! Win! Win!

The staff at front desk and at breakfast were extremely professional, helpful and very effecient.

The bathroom set up is odd for foreigners. There is no partition for the shower in the bathroom. This is an old hotel. Spa, gym, bar, roof top pool are small and limited. Breakfast buffet is good.

The room gets very hot from the morning sun. The sounds from bikes cars and bars sound like they are right next ro us even on the 12th floor

Very loud music all night. Multiple clubs across the street. Hear the cars honking all night and day. only quiet time is from 2:30 AM to 4:30 AM if you have a room with a balcony or faces the ocean. Breakfast is 6 out of 10.

The Main Bathroom a bit confuse when we used it. Every time we shower the water will get wet all over the floor because the Bathroom did not have the Curtain for shower.I recomented to use the Curtain for the shower to superate it and also the slide door Bathroom should have the differant type of curtain not up and down but should use from left to right, much easier.

Location near the beach

Disappointing experience when checking out, incorrect car booked for airport return, I needed to book an additional car, being charged for sparkling water and a towel not being clean due to my sick child, being totally ripped off by hotel laundry costs, I think there's alot of better options in the area, not a great place if you have a sick family member.

Easy beach access and the room has balcony. The option of ordering family style meals. The breakfast options were good with soup menu changed daily.

The property is run down with many unsafe features. Inconvenient bathrooms and fixtures in bathrooms slippery floor. Front desk doesn’t exchange money and we had to go through the gift shop which locates in the back of the hotel in an open area.

Only minus point was the shower, style over substance as it was over the end of a freestanding bath and you have to lean over the end to get under it, and no shower curtain meant water everywhere. Very stylish but not very practical. But still very happy with our decision to stay here

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Their performance is outstanding. The view from the corner room is fantastic. Breakfast is also good.

Noise from the clubs across the street.

We thought the breakfast was good.

A gold bracelet and necklace went missing from one room, and a hoodie, face cream, and a neck pillow went missing from the other room. The staff tried to find out about the loss of the jewelry, but the loss of other items was ignored. This left us with a really bad impression of the hotel.The rooms were basic, but there was a cockroach in one room and a lizard in the other.Gym was terrible.

It was in a good location. The roof top pool was lovely but we were there when our last 2 days the pool was being repaired but we did have the option of using the pool in the hotel next door Everything we needed was near either by walking or a cheap taxi ride away . Sunrise was beautiful

The hotel looks quite old but it is in a very good location, right in front of the beach. From the balcony, you get a good view of the long stretch of beach (almost from end to end).There are shops and restaurants around the area so it is very convenient.A church beside the hotel is a bonus. You see the cross lit up at night.The staff are nice and helpful. Despite the language barrier, they will try their best to assist and attend to your needsBuffet breakfast was good. There are a variety of dishes to choose from.

The bathroom layout is unsafe.I can appreciate the intention of placing the bath tub near the window for the view, but having the shower on the bath tub is very unsafe.The water drips on the floor as you shower, so there's a possibility of slipping while getting out of the tub especially if there are soap suds on the floor.

The location was great and staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good.

I stayed in a Junior Suite with Ocean View with bathtub, one of the more expensive rooms, and I never had hot water in the shower. It got slightly warm but never hot enough to use the bathtub or to be able to take a nice warm/hot shower. I probably would not stay here again just because the shower water never got warm enough. The rooftop pool could also use a lot more sun chairs, there are only 3 for a hotel with 15 floors and dozens of rooms.

Nothing really

Had no hot water in the shower. Verandah door wouldn’t close. Toilet kept blocking up. Too much road noise outside. Maintenance workers make to much noise early in the morning.
