The rooms were big and comfortable . The owner and manager were very helpful

Few items were not clean like the water kettle and the air cooler were not clean

The place is good enough for right budget. The location is great too! Very near the beach.

The sheets seem to be not totally clean. I can notice the smell in the sheets and also there are visible stains on them.

The location is nice. Just a fe minutes walk to the beach. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was simple but decent.

First, if you are vegan, you will need to eat breakfast elsewhere as there are essentially no options. Second, the wifi is spotty. Third, the penthouse room is not described properly. Description says there is a sofa bed, but in reality it's just a tiny couch. We had 6 people and couldn't get the reception to get us an extra cot so our 6th person could sleep (they wanted to charge us over 100k per night). Then, it took over 48hrs for them to even get us an extra pillow and a blanket (which was actually just a mattress protector). The staff was hard to work with. And Finally, we were informed that the room wee booked for our stay wasn't available the last night of our stay and we had to change to two separate rooms (which ended up being better than the penthouse). After all the issues with the bedding and bed they had the nerve to charge us for 2 bottles of water we drank and a cup we accidentally broke. Very unacceptable.

Very spacious and as described. Very convenient for the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Good location with plenty of amenities in the area and beach close by. Is in the more Westerners tourist area.

My first assigned room has a very noisy air con and I easily asked the staff to change to another room. The second room was much better. It feels quieter. The room is clean. TV has satellite shows. Lights are yellow, which brings cosy atmosphere. Toilet has hair drier.

Two single beds are combined for a doube bed and it does not feel comfortable enough. Attached to each bed is book reading light. If it is turned off, it releases electric noise which is irritating. Therefore, I had to turn it on during sleep and used paper rolls to hide its light. It's better to get rid of these lights.

Lovely, good-sized studio apartment in one of the more interesting parts of Da Nang. Nice bathroom and shower, and a comfy bed. There is a LOT of storage space available. Kitchen area is a particular highlight, with a great counter work space and enough utensils to work with. Supermarket (Moonmilk), gym and restaurants all very close. Staff are happy to help you if you need them.

Honestly, nothing about the place bothers me. I'm back there again right now, and as I look around the apartment, there isn't a problem with any of it.

The room was like a large studio apartment with a suitable refrigerator. The television had channels in Vietnamese, English, and Russian. Everything was clean. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The location was excellent (about a 5 minute walk to the beach).

The microwave did not work. There were lots of sugar ants in room.

The location is perfect: the beach is just 100 meters away, there are many restaurants, cafes (my favourite is Paris Levain), and even a nice gym with AC right in front of it (Lucia Gym). The room was clean and spacious enough. There's a fridge, a cupboard, and a boiler, but no desk to work at one's laptop (I think premium rooms have it probably, but mine was the cheapest option). They offer basic toiletries (toothbrush and comb but no soap, which I find odd) and towels. The shower has hot water and good pressure, and it's closed so it doesn't pour water all over the bathroom floor. The WiFi is fine. The staff is nice. Breakfast is fine. They also have a nice library for the guests.

There wasn't hot coffee for breakfast, only cold coffee. And there was no desk in my room.

The hotel is only 200m from the beach. There are many local restaurants in this area which you can easily reach by walking or taking a taxi

The property doesn't provide bathroom for those who take the train or late flight in the evening in case they have to check out at 12pm. It would be great if they provide such facility for the guests. The guests can take a shower at the beach with 5000vnd

Receptionists were helpful and pleasant to talk to. The location was great.

Cleanness, cleanness and cleanness... the property is old and cleaning staffs do not seem to care but kelp complaining in Vietnamese thinking that I don't understand what she was saying... It was very unpleasant and annoyed me everyday.

The floor tiles are broken. The sofa is old and smells dirty. The exhaust hood the kitchen is also broken. Kitchen utensils are not complete, its hard to cook there, limited utensils and pans. We had a little inconvenience upon checking out. We stayed for 12 days and we keep patient until all the problems inside the room. But the treatment upon checking out is not really nice.

Really lovely hotel, the room was spotless, bed was comfy and bathroom was really modern with all toiletries ect. Great location about 10 minutes from the beach but off the main road so was really quiet at night. Also great value for money!

Window facing next hotel wall. Room is practically a cave. SEN might have arranged a sort of swimming pool on the roof as other adajacent hotels doing...
