Merry Land Hotel Da Nang

The room is pretty nice and clean given the price it is at. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The location is perfect.

Most of the staff were pretty nice except for one staff member working in the evening. He did not resolve our mold issue and seemed to blame us for it. The room was a little too humid.

Friendly staff, great facilities. Nice pool, a bit chilly to use in January since the water isn’t heated, but the rooftop itself has a great view.The hotel is modern and well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would stay again.

One thing I’d say is to suggest housekeeping to start around 11am. Cleaners would come to my room around 9am which I think is too early.

The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The beach is very near and there are restaurants all around the hotel. The reception staff is very helpful

The bathroom would flood every time you take a shower because there is space between the bathtub and the wall, and of course there are no shower curtains. The pool on the top floor does not even look similar to the pictures. The room smells a bit of mould.

The staff are very accommodating. Supplies and clean ups are very good. Hotel transfers is very helpful and feeling more safe as my grab did not work. Hotel rates is very affordable. Thanks so much Merry Land.

I was expecting that the place is a beachfront as advertised.

Well located and cheap.

The room was really dirty. We could hear babies crying through the wall and everything that was happening in the hall. The gym room was nonexistent.

Far less from 4 stars grade. They charged the different price from the original offer (I arrived at midnight so didn't have enough energy to fight for it).The room and facility were so outdated

A breakfast was supposed to be included, but very time we asked, they said the staff were off, or there’d be no breakfast available today. Maybe tomorrow. Nope.

Our first room had footprints on the walls and unrecognizable hair in the bedding. This was as soon as we arrived. So it was supposed to be cleaned.

We got last minut deal, so veeeery nice. Clean, comfy, nice location.

Good location, food vendors nearby hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and always smile and welcoming. Bed was extremely big (2 full size beds put-together) and comfortable. Great view of the city at the roof top swimming pool.

Bathroom vent was quite loud.

Nothing as such. The other reviews said there was a moldy smell but I couldn't smell any of that. Tho there were some small signs of mold on the curtains. But honestly nothing too bad given the price

The hotel is centrally located, near the beach, near the Han River, convenient for traveling and connecting tourist destinations.

Small swimming pool, pool water is not very clean. Toilets have bad odor. Room lights are not bright enough, guests with poor eyesight have difficulty finding things, putting on makeup or reading.

Location is very central, great for family setting, cleaner comes every day, laundry service very reasonable, staffs are very helpful

Rooms are dated, moldy and very strong chemical smell in the pillows and sheets. Pool is meh

Bathroom could be in better shape - toilet seat was deattached and didnt hold properly.No curtain in the bath.

Nice Hotel Stay. Very good condition room and swiming pool.Easy to access and near Danang beach and Airport.Highly recomended.

The hotel was great. This evidently is a booking.com problem. We always put how old our teenagers were but were charged online as children. When we got to this hotel we had to pay additional charges because a child is 6 and under. The staff was apologetic but it was not expected. It happened again in Japan.

Despite having communication with the hotel prior to arrival,they didn't tell us that the pool/ gym was closed untill after we had paid for the room.. The room was dirty,sheets didn't fit the bed, mold on the curtains.the bath panel kept falling off the side of the bath. We walked down the stairs( which were blocked on every landing) on to the wrong floor and into a room with what looked like a real gun on a table, just left for anyone to see. The hotel was supposed to be on the beach front but it was a good 20 minute walk to the beach.The first (and only time ) they changed the sheets, they tried to say I had damaged them( small coffee spill) and wanted me to pay £10 to replace them.i would not reccomended this hotel to anyone

The room was cleaned and in a good position to visit Da Nang. It is a big hotel with different services like renting motorbikes (you need international license) and laundry.Good choice for our quick stay in Da Nang
