Royal Charm Hotel

Perfect location, big, clean, comfy room, great value for your money, and amazing staff, very helpful and nice, thank you ?

Great location. Good view. Reasonable price. Good A/C.

The room has to be renovated. The plaster on the walls is peeling off, the walls are dirty. Mold in the shower

Staff were greatLocation was idealAlways cleaned upon request

I noticed quite a lot of dust built up around the room, especially behind the door and on the skirting boards.

Staff were very friendly Great location

Wi-fi was poorShower door would not close properly

Location

Rooms were small and pictures provided on booking.com are much different.

The hotel is clean, and the room is beautiful. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The staff is really helpful friendly. I’ll return on my next visit.

Great location, near to the beach! Responsive staff! Beach towels available for free every day!

Limited breakfast option for vegeterian people. Outdated apartment.

Lovely hotel, was very clean!Room service each morning and if you forgot to put on a sign saying clean room they would knock to ask.Free watch.Mini bar was good price.

Water pressure in the shower very weak on warm setting we don’t might cold showers so was not a huge issue.

Location is great, some room has good view Clean room and friendly staff

Bed and pillows not comfy Water in shower not hot

Location is very good in interesting neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes

Breakfast was very disappointing, it was hardly anything on first morning and this was within first hour of serving, not food or staff present. It was nothing like the photos on site, very disappointing considering that’s breakfast additional cost ! Room was worn out and tired looking nowhere like in a photographs. We hope that some of the above was due to New Year holidays and luck of staffing

The staff are all wonderful! Place is clean and convenient location.

Good location, close to the beach and a lot of cozy cafes around. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Showed a few rooms to choose from prior check-in.

The room felt very humid (haven't experienced that elsewhere) and quite old. The sea view was mainly covered by some old buildings.

We stayed here in Oct 2023. The hotel is located just next to the beautiful My Khe beach and with very convenient access to various eateries. The room is clean. The buffet breakfast is simple but nice. Also not forgetting the good customer service of the hotel staffs, especially the young lady with spectacle, who were very attentive and helpful. She make sure that we like the room. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Ok are ok

Breakfast wasn’t that great for the extra money paid to include breakfast.

My partner was missing make-up and some money and I was missing ear pods for my iPhone, only people in our room were housekeeping…

Second time we have stayed here, and it won't be our last. The lovely staff let us check in early. Nice room, with everything you need. Very comfortable. Decent breakfast too.

Great value hotel. Nice rooms, with electrical sockets exactly where you need them. Comfy beds. The breakfast included, was good for the money. Helpful staff.
