Terrible staff / complete liars

Convenient location with good range of facilities nearby - convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and yoga studio. Good sized room with natural light.

Hotel pool was small and too close to the road. I had ground floor room, which was convenient, but the bathroom drains tended to smell, so had to keep the bathroom door closed.

Location great no breakfast staff very nice.

The staff are pleasant. The room is clean and apparently there is a pool but I never found it.

I found the hotel to be a little on the expensive side for the facilities you get. I was paying about $5-6 less for same hotel elsewhere so I left after one night to a cheaper place with same standard of facilities.

There are many names for this hotel so be sure you have the correct address before you get a Grab here- as we were taken to another Grand Ngoc Bich hotel very late at night. The sign on the building is Sapphire Boutique hotel. The rooms are ok. Not terrible but not great for cleanliness, size and comfort. Bathroom is small but functional. Location is great. Lots of food restaurants and cafes and the beach is only a 5-10min walk. Value was great and this is why we booked this hotel.

The rooms were infested with bed bugs and the showers impossible to work, also had about 10 drills going off at half 8 in the morning that sounded like they were in the room, and the room service lady letting herself into your room at half 9. Overall pretty bad place

Wifi quality is not really good.

I like the location. And the staff was alright although they could have handled the situation better when I had to change rooms due to mold.

The building has a serious mold issue that they are trying to mask with perfumes. My room had extreme mold. I had to change rooms as I started feeling sick 3-4 days into my stay.

A few restaurants were in walking distance.

We booked this property but were contacted via WhatsApp that they were having electrical issues so we must be moved to their sister hotel that was supposedly a 4 star hotel. This was the Beautique hotel. It was not a 4 star and the room looked much smaller and dated and poorly maintained than the one we booked. If you know Motel 6 it was on par with that. We did not investigate the pool area. Thankfully it was only for one night but it was a night filled with poor sleep and everyone woke up ready to leave the next day.

Everything was good. Cleaning ladies were very good. Everything is near by. Location is great.

WiFi sucks . You can't even attend meetings or watch netflix with that WiFi. Room Door get's stuck every time and they have to come and give you the key.

I liked the location. Low budget option. Good AC.

The walls in the whole room were rotting and smell inside was bad. It felt unclean due to that. The bathroom was constantly steamy- towels did not have a chance to dry. Water temperature regulation wasn’t working well too. The fan was cracking and it was very dusty.

Because fake photos, yellow sheets, spotted bath towel, all made us feel really uncomfortable. I also think the overall review of this property is made up.

It was very nice and comfortable for the price. The staff were very helpful in booking a tour to ba na hills with pick up from outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

It is a bit of a walk from the night markets and dragon bridge but that is no fault to the property. It is still close to the beach where you can watch the waves and it is a really nice stay.
