The room is comfortable, includes a mini bar fridge, has a window which is surprisingly hard to find in a budget friendly hotel.The staff were excellent in accommodating me and my needs. The cleaning service is available every day and ensured my room was sparkling as i arrived back with drinking water always available.As a budget traveller it is perfect for my everyday needs.

It was in a good location, close to the beach.

The room was small, the restaurants were noisy in the evening, and there was disturbing construction noise in the morning. There were problems with the electricity supply, but I assume they've fixed it by now.

Basic but very clean and comfortable room. Perfect location. They let us check in a bit earlier when room was available. There was a bad smell from the toilet sometimes. The guy in the reception wasn't very informed about public transport. I asked about public bus to Hoi An and he told me there is not, to take a bus about 300k per personperson instead. I give you this info: along the sea side, there is a little red bus (number 02) every 30/40 minutes running. You can wait for it at the bus stop (it's indicated bus 06 only, but I assure you, also the 02 is stopping). Two tickets for one ride, for a total of 25k ✌ you're welcome

The hotel left a pleasant impression: clean and cozy room, polite staff, convenient location.

The room is very dated. The fridge didn't work but I was still charged for a small bottle of water that I took out of it. The room did have a window but it was right above the noisy restaurant/bar next door (nor the hotel's fault). Ok place to stay for a night, shower and sleep but you wouldn't want to spend much time in the room. Cheap price the day I booked.

Smell from the bathroom and all the noise from the nearby bars at night (its not the hotels fault). They didnt provide water, however there was water that can by bought in the mini bar.

Very reasonably priced (180,000VND for 1 night in a double room).

No hot water. And its not just that it ran out quickly - there was no hot water at all, at any point during our stay. Lucky it was just one night.Also the Wifi was terrible, kept disconnecting and even when it didn't it was pretty slow.

Wonderful staff, new towels every day. Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Plenty of cafés nearby.

The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the internet on the fifth floor was terribly slow. I had to place my laptop on a tiny windowsill and connect to the network of the neighboring hotel to access the internet.

Clean, spacious. The ‘apartment’ was perfect for an elderly relative & his family.

It was stated that there were ocean views. There were none.

Breakfast was great. Good price and great selection. A choice between a large range of Vietnamese and English selections

The hotel advertised sea views. None of our rooms had a view and the beach was a block away.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I had a balcony but it only looked over the street. It was nice though for the evenings. Close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Meet Cafe.

It was a super nice place, so it was worth it for the price, near the beach and not too far from the night market. They have a lift, which is really helpful and the room was perfect, not too big but you have all what do you need.

Someone from staff talked to me, to my private number, first a phone call, and then a wsp message asking if we could talk. That was so uncomfortable, and it is the only reason I would never come back.

I was allowed to check-in early and take a shower after check-out. Big room with nice city view. Nothing to complain about

The room was big enough for four persons. Everything was clean and comfotable.

Three of nine days no warm shower.They charged a high amount for a lost keycard.

Never and never come back to this hotel again I had booked this hotel for 3 days 2 nights there is a Pub beside this hotel and making noise up to 3am in the morning we can’t sleep and the last day their doing some drilling work in this hotel which is next to my room early 8am i went down and scolded the receptionist he replied me we can’t stop the maintenance work because it’s major work going on even never say sorry

Good points: - location (near the beach)- friendly and nice staffs- quite bright and clean

Bad points:- our room was next to big street with a lot of noise, no ocean view as describedBut in general I still recommend this hotel. Thank you
