Luxtery Hotel

I requested x-ra towel services.She said no extra towel for the hotel rule.I said I 'll pay it that but her answer was same.

Our room was upgraded for free. Cheap price for a four star hotel.

Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, hotel pool was relaxing and had a great view.

Faulty shower required maintenance while we went out for dinner, and we returned to a very wet bathroom mat. The room looked a bit outdated compared to the photos. Staff members seemed more interested being on their phones than helping at the desk.

Beautiful hotel, close to everything and spotlessly clean.The roof top bar and pool just added to the experience.Highly recommend.

We got a upgrade on our room to a grand suite so very happy and greatful , only bad thing was one of the staff members in the sky bar was rude and wouldn’t stop randomly staring at us

The reception was beautiful, and the it was only a 15 minute walk down to the beach, or 10 mins to the river so very conveniently located.

One lift wasn't working, so only one functioning and it would often take several minutes to arrive and sometimes skip floors completely.The breakfast was poor with disappointing hygiene, e.g. smears of old jam across the toasting machine, food/napkins on the floor. The staff weren't particularly friendly and couldn't give any recommendations for nearby activities/eating. The room itself was fine, and view fantastic but a weak shower.

Bed was comfortable, good location, room was a good size, no breakfast had good variety.

Staff entered our room without knocking. Housekeeping did not clean the room on that day. Had to get towels and soap delivered later that night.

We liked your spacious grand suite with bathtub. Our view of the mountains was lovely.We appreciate the design of all the facilities.The roof top Skye bar has spectacular views with pool table to enjoy and comfortable tables, chairs and couches.The pool and facilities are beautiful, clean and again lovely design.

I didn't like the increase in price for our third stay coming up.I would like to see protein dishes included for vegans as well as fruits and vegetables in the breakfast buffet.

Location it is easy to access the beaches

Such spa, gym equipment (very old) are not working and available On booking is available ( misrepresentations)

Location, staff, clean and asthetically pleasing.We are looking forward to staying again in March.

The pool could be heated it was cold.Hall rugs need cleaning.

Lovely clean hotel in a good location. 10 minute walk to beach. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioning.Great roof top pool and bar with pool table (although cues are a bit worse for wear).Good selection of food at breakfast.The nearby vegetarian restaurant Maha was excellent, as was the Korean barbecue restaurant.

Clean, comfortable and good value for the money. One of the best bed I have had in a very long time in Southeast Asia ?.

Location is close to the beach. however it’s not where all the activity occurs on the beach. It’s a little bit removed (located too far north). I found the staff to be a little indifferent. They were nice and polite, however just going through the motions.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great views from the sky bar. Staff were very professional, friendly and warmly.

It was an amazing stay, the hotel really deserves its name.

?The staff in the dining area?They gave us the eerie vibe of Squid Game employees—no hello, no goodbye, no smile. Just pure, silent judgment. The only time they show a spark of life is precisely at 9:30, when they move in perfect sync to clear the buffet. Their black-and-white uniforms only make the whole thing feel like a scene from a dystopian movie. Honestly, it’s the only hotel in Da Nang where the dining staff made us question whether we had accidentally offended them in a past life...

Love the location. Really convenient to get anywhere.

The wall had mold. And they still sold that room. You can smell mold when you get in. I asked the hotel staff to change the lights in the bathroom sauna. Till the end of my stay, the lights weren't changed. And they made me walk almost 1 km to Vincom plaza cause I needed to change money but it was closed. The locals all told me which local told you to do that? Money changers are closed during the Tet Holidays (Lunar New Year) I even asked 'are you sure it is open?' And the hotel staff said yes. That were all disappointing.

Room was okay.

Noisy! When I got my t-shirts dry cleaned they washed, tumbled dried, shrunk them all and the staff just laughed. Shower is very slippery!
