Everything around is convenient and easy to buy, the bed here is very comfortable with the enthusiasm of the cleaner. I spent 1 week to enjoy Danang perfectly

Even though the hotel was busy, the staff always took time to assist with a smile. They recommended a hidden café nearby that turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip

Breakfast should be upgraded for foreign or serve with English breakfast, can be pre book or made to order since it is made to order. Or have English Menu for easy breakfast request.

The room was clean and cozy, but what stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. They went out of their way to help me book a taxi and made sure I felt taken care of throughout my stay

We rented bikes from the hotel and cycled along the coast. AC was a bit noisy though.

I liked how the staff handled the luggage and check-in process so quickly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having a bathtub made the stay very relaxing.

The room was spacious. There's also free scooter parking closed for the night.

The hotel closes for the night. If you come late after a night out or if you need to go to the supermarket in the middle of the night you need to wake up the staff. The guy sleeps in the lobby, so it's not difficult.

Beds were nice and comfy. The room was nice and spacious. The staff were lovely and gave us fresh towels and water every day. The breakfast was also good with it being local food.

We had 3 windows and each had basically no ciew. The corridors smelt like CIGARETTES. The smell in the hallways were unbearable. The door was jammed so every time we opened it if we couldn’t get it open in 4 seconds an alarm would go off. The bathroom had no shower curtain so water would get everywhere. And when we got into the room there were loads of little flies everywhere. Spent literally 2hrs trying to kill them all

The cleaners come to clean very early, between 9 and 10 am, they make a lot of noise on the floor, it is impossible to sleep.

A lot changes after covid about food, breakfast is regular and no restaurant inside hotel. But it was still a very pleasant stay.

wifi is pretty slow for videocalls.

The staff is very friendly. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay - refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer and air conditioning. WiFi is pretty good. Room service regularly changes towels and cleans the room.

The location of the hotel is not the best - quite far from the beach and decent cafes. Not very varied breakfasts.

The location was very good there was a supermarket right below the hotel and close to the beach and other tourist spots

There was a rat in the common area and the elevator

Titan hotel has excellent first class staff who are incredibly polite and elegantly dressed with the traditional Ao Dai dress. The only drawback is the little difficulty with their limited English language skills which can be overcome with the use of a translator app. The location is far from the main tourist area by about 1.5KM however that does comes with the bonus of it being nice and quiet at night and no noise from bars, restaurants and Karaoke places.

Location is a little out of town. The bonus of this though is the fact that the area is quiet.
