A bit far out of centre town but excellent location for the airport

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the layout of the room as well. The AC was a bit loud but worked well. The breakfast was mainly vietnamese but I loved the choice offered. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast is understandably oriented towards the predominantly Asian clientele but I always found some things to eat. However, the breakfast entrees were often cold.Beds and pillows are comfortable.The hotel is in a quieter part of DaNang. You'll need Grab to make quick trips to the center of the city as well as the beach areas, night market. Free shuttle to the airport, though I tipped the driver as he was courteous about handling my luggage.

There were occurrences of people smoking in the hotel while I was there, both in the corridors close to the gym and some people staying in the room next to mine. One day I returned to my room at about 5 p.m. after being out since early morning. I found the room door was not securely closed. Anyone could have walked into the room. My theory is the housekeeping staff didn't pull the door shut after cleaning.

Breakfast was very delicious and there was a nice variety of international and local food. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and provided amazing service. The room had great city views and excellent amenities. The swimming pool on the top floor was beautiful, and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, and the free car service to the airport was a convenient bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast options were not international

I’m struggling to find anything positive.

The smoking, the poor air conditioning, the elevators were too slow and sewer gases in the room.

Service was professional and good. Staff were able to help me with my enquiries and requests. Room was comfortable and clean, ample space for solo guest (friend stays in another room).

Lighting in room was a tad dim, but this should be personal preference. Lift access takes a while due to high occupancy (and function room use).

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The manager was very sweet. Upgraded us as our booked room wasn’t available. Manger and staff really looked after us very well. We would definitely come and stay here again.

Breakfast was very limited for western food, mostly Asian food on offer. It isn’t tourist season at the moment but I suspect when hotel is full that there are lots more variety of cuisine.

Room was huge. Breakfast was OK.

The connecting door between our room and the adjacent one was unlocked... at first I thought it was another room of our suite, until I saw luggage belonging to someone else. The safety latch of our room can be easily removed from the outside, because the door opens wide enough to put your hand in, even with the latch in place. WiFi was spotty. Sometimes it drops entirely, not very reliable.

We stayed in the hotel for a wedding which we attended there. Both, our rooms as well as the wedding location was wonderful. Also the meals served for the wedding were delicious. The hotel is quite central and you can reach many places within the city easily with a grab (like uber).On the top floor a very nice pool is located and you have a great view over the whole city.

They were re-doing the top floor so in the morning we heard the noises. But it's understandable that after the long covid break, the hotels are investing now in upgrading their facilities.

The Executive suite was very nice and new in town, we really enjoyed our stay.This is just perfect for couple. Nice and very clean.Excepted that the hotel has many camera to monitor people who stayed at the hotel.

Breakfast was super enjoyed my night

Staffs was friendly, Location wise it's a great area, center of Da Nang.

We stayed there to catch a very early flight the next day. It turned out to be surprisingly good.

Breakfast about 80% different every day .some of them no one surviving either 5 stars they should get 5 stars not 4
