The employees were very helpful and kind.

We were put in the second smallest room. It was a little tight in there and the hotel wasnt particularly busy or full.

The staff was very friendly. Alfie gave us a great dinner recommendation which ended up being our favorite meal in danang. Overall the hotel was really affordable but luxurious. We enjoyed our stay.

The gym was a little lacking but better than nothing honestly!

Everything was really good. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but did go up there to see the view. Breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Had one neighbor who were loud late at night for the exact reason you are thinking right now. So maybe the room could use a little more soundproofing or those neighbors were just extra loud (I'm leaning towards the latter).

Room small.

Our stay featured a wonderful ocean view from the 12th floor, which was even better than being directly on the beach. From our bed, we could see the statue of Lady Buddha and the Son Tra Peninsula. The breakfast was an open buffet and truly superb, offering a large variety of very tasty meals, including sweet fruits. The personnel were helpful, especially Helena at the reception desk, who generously assisted me in postponing my flight through a Vietnamese call center—a task outside the hotel’s normal service—which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean, and I loved being able to take a deep breath of the ocean breeze.

On our final day, a small negative incident occurred: after agreeing the day before to a late check-out around 4 o’clock for a 50% daily rate charge, I was informed the next morning by a different receptionist (not Helena, a girl with thick eyebrows) that the room was booked and we would have to move to another room. I explained that packing and moving for just 3–4 hours didn’t make sense and that we would rather check out. Shortly after, she called to say they could keep the room after all, but when I went down to pay, I found they had charged 100% of the daily rate—only later did I notice the policy card stating late check-out was only 30% up to 3 PM and 50% up to 6 PM, leaving me feeling fooled, as we would have checked out earlier had we been properly informed.

The location was very good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet has a good spread. The pictures commensurate beautifully with the actual room condition.

Minimum 2 kgs of cloth has to be given for availing the laundry wash facility which is at a very affordable price of 30000 VND per kg

On the windy days the closed balcony doors made a noise. Especially when you opened the door to the room.

I stay here every time I come to Da Nang either way. It’s a half a block off the beach with unobstructed the views of the ocean. Excellent breakfast, great hot water in the showers with good pressure, great staff, and a rooftop pool and bar, with a sauna and steam room.

They charged us 100k for the towel due to color bleeding from my daughter’s red hair and they said water on the table is free but we didn’t know water in the frig is not. So we got charged for water in the refrigerator.

Vegan breakfast was delicious and many options to choose. Good location close to the beach

Room size but small

Exceptional value hotel in Da Nang Vietnam. Big shout out to Lisa, Mario and Alfie. All three went out of their way to make a guy feel comfortable. Rooftop pool, rooftop lounge and breakfast buffet better than Jasper park Lodge in Canadas Rocky Mountains!

The rooftop pool and view was great, definitely the best part.

The room was so small, it was difficult for 2 adults and their bags.

The front desk staff were excellent. Allie was quick to help, i appreciate attention to detail.

I really enjoyed everything about this stay.The location is perfect — while it’s not directly on the beach, it’s just a very short walk away. Plus, there’s a beautiful view from the hotel since there are no buildings in front of it.Lots of bars, restaurants, convenience stores within walkable distancesWe booked a connected room, which was very convenient. It gave us two separate rooms and two bathrooms, connected by a door. One room didn’t have a window, but the other had a lovely sea view.The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.There’s also a great pool on the 14th floor.Breakfast was good as well.I would definitely recommend this hotel — it offers great value, and I would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were a little hard. it would be great if they were more comfortable

We loved the location, that you could easily walk to the beach and go on an evening swim. Breakfast was very good, wide selection.

It's very loud, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything your neighbors do. Room was a bit small. Roomservice did not change the sheets, only turned them around. Personnel always tried to upsell something.

We liked great location of the hotel (just 5 mins walk from My an beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants and 24/7 marts), great view from the room balcony (#1201 - one can have a great view of beach, lady buddha statue on monkey mountain and beachside sports activities from the room itself), great breakfast spread, great pool environment and overall great helpful staff. I could remember the name of Noah and Helen from the reception who were always there with smiling face to help on any queries, Alfie the Bellman helped me while booking cabs with some information. There were many otheres who also made our stay enjoyable in the hotel. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay in this hotel. Thanks.
