SOCO Hotel

Everything about this place is the best, #1. The rooms, the value, the location, & the staff! All of the staff is super-friendly & helpful. And I must give an extra shout-out to Hanah at the front desk for going above-&-beyond to help me with a specific situation that she handled perfectly. Couldn't have done it without her. I love Hotel Soco & couldn't recommend it enough!

Good location Large Room Helpful staff

Nothing really it's old and a bit tatty but it's cheap and in a great location so that's the main thing.

Huge room with usable balcony. Clean and comfortable. Room 802 has a wonderful view. Staff professional and helpful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anybody looking for a comfortable hotel at a good value.

The rooftop Sun lounge area could use cleaning and improvement. It's a very underutilized space.

Good location clean spacious room 3mins from the beach, alot of restaurants n shops around, enjoyed my stay

The room was clean and spacious, everyone was super friendly and it was just minutes to walk to the beach.

Location, view from the window, big room. Also breakfast and outdoor space on the roof.

The bathroom needs renovation, too old.Chiars are very hard and uncomfortable.Mattress was very soft

Close to the beach, friendly staff, the room.

Construction work at 7:30 in the morning. I don’t like to wake up from four hammers simultaneously smashing something next to my room and sound of drilling walls.

The location was excellent

The hotel was under construction (which they kept calling it renovation) and they don’t tell you that which should be made clear when booking. The noise starts at 7am and there’s constant banging over your head and loud machinery which made for horrible sleep.

SPACIOUS room. As in. Large. AC was great and the shower temp is easy to navigate. Location is perfect as it’s near the beach you can smell it but far enough from the touristy places that one turn on a side street will have you immersed in how and what the locals eat.

Room 602 got flooded due to a failed insulation of the window. They didn’t do much about it. Even when i suggested ways they could compensate us with what happened.

Beach /entertainment accessible location

The room didnt smell fresh, fridge, beddings, and towels are old, TV is too small.

Large room, nice location, friendly staff, clean room, secured bike parking

Street facing rooms very noisy (until very late), room very damp (ex. Hung swimming trunks to dry and were still wet 48 hrs later. Water drops on wall from showering still there 24 hrs later. Towels, bed linen always kind of damp). Ask for “away from street rooms” for more quiet. Dampness may have been an anomaly, but it did not rain at all during stay.

location is good. Hotel need maintenance, renovation and or deep cleaning.

I think overall pretty decent hotel for the price. Everything seems working (hot water, etc). Breakfast buffet quite flexible, so if overslept then we didn't add breakfast. Was quite clean, and has a good view. Value for money!

Almost nothing

New facilities. Professional and helpful staff. Great location. Overall good value for money

The bed was soft. The room and restroom was very spacious.

The smell in the room, I can still smell the grass/plant scent in my CPAP after a week of being home,

The receptionist is really helpful

Should inform us that there is a basement lift to go to the reception counter. So we don't have to carry our luggage and climb the stairs cos one of our friends had a knee cap operation.

Location, cleanliness and above all, their staff!

Weak internet. Cold showers … hot water not always available.

The bed was very comfortable and the room is big. The property is a 5min walk from the beach.

The hotel is on a busy street so it can be very noisy in the morning. The breakfast and laundry are expensive compared to other properties in the city. The shower gets the floor of the entire bathroom wet.

breakfast was good, it was all you can eat and a great price of 50.000 vnd. You get great coffee and good breakfast for the same price of 1 coffee at any of the cafes nearby.

Nothing this place was great.

very good for the price clean huge room great view of the area quiet great staff try to stay in the sea view suite very large and great views

everything was great
