A La Carte Da Nang Beach Hotel

Location

I paid $--- for a room on the 3rd floor looking out another hotel next to it, while average price around the area is $--. The staff wasn't friendly, I asked if I could switch and they said it was full even though it wasn't when I checked online.

It smells great when you walk in. The coffee shop’s pastries were amazing

The apartments were big. It was across the beach so it was very refreshing. We were able to walk along the beach in the morning which was a plus. It was easy to get cabs outside the hotel but it’s much cheaper to get grab. We didn’t try the public transport because grab was reasonably priced.

The pool view and breakfast area and the wonderful staff on all levels

I wish they would upgrade or enlarge the weight room and get better equipment

We stayed in the One-bedroom Ocean View Suite with Balcony. The room was lovely with fantastic views. We liked that we had toilet in the open lay out ensuite but there was also a private toilet in the apartment too. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and look at everything happening on the beach and the beautiful sunrises. We had a buffet dinner as the fireworks we on that night and watched the bartenders put on an amazing show. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious.

Professional staff with warm hospitality. Great location.

Spacious room with incredible views of the beach. Rooftop bar and stunning infinity perfect for enjoying cocktail. Breakfast had a huge selection and staff were kind and friendly. Great location for doing day tours but also for days by the beach. We couldn’t hear anything noise during the night and we were on floor 15. On leaving we needing a pass printing which they kindly offered to do which was a lovely gesture. Thank you for a great stay.

It was noisy, we were on the 21st floor and could hear the beach club which kept us awake.

The hotel’s location was decent, with relatively easy access to the beach, and the view from the pool was quite nice. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere didn’t feel particularly welcoming, and we encountered several issues during our stay. The lifts were extremely frustrating, often taking up to 20 minutes just to move between floors. We were consistently short on towels and bedding, and had to call reception daily to request more. The lighting in the room was very poor, making the space feel dim and uninviting. Additionally, the area around the hotel was quite noisy, which made it hard to relax. The restaurant was very overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.

The hotel was wonderfully located on the Da Nang beach. First off I would like to thank the amazing staff for their wonderful hospitality! The room was wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely balcony which boasted great views of the beachfront. It had a large lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two singles, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. (Please be advised that they are wet bathrooms, and thus, the floor outside the shower does get wet.)The breakfast was fantastic! The variety was amazing, and so fresh and tasty. Fresh fruit, western and eastern options. Cooked-to-order eggs and noodles with all the trimmings one could ask for. Delicious pastries and yummy coffee to finish it all off. We also got the tea set on the rooftop bar, and it didn't disappoint!The cocktails at the bar were delicious, and had a great happy hour. Speaking of the rooftop, the sweeping views of the beach and infinity pool were jaw-dropping. The lounge chairs were more like beds, but get there early as they do fill up, and don't forget your sunscreen! =/My mother and I also had some treatments (facial and a foot massage) at the spa and had an amazing, relaxing experience. It was perfect for an end of day wind down. Reasonably priced and very professional. The surrounding area was easy to walk to and had some amazing restaurants and little shops.A short ride to the market near the Dragon Bridge, great for a nightly stroll. Does get super packed on the weekends after the Dragon Bridge fire and water show. My brother rented a scooter for a couple of days and the hotel were able to store it safely overnight in the basement.All in all it was a fantastic experience and one should not hesitate to book a trip to Da Nang! Will most definitely be returning!

Loved the location and having a full ocean view was a treat. That also however did mean a lot of noise from the busy area below. But all part of the vibe.

Location is great. Just a few steps to the beach and many restaurants and massage place around. The breakfast has a full variety to choose from and taste good.It's value for money after all. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite and it was good for friends and family with a living room to share time together.The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Only short fall is the shower without an enclosed door and the water pressure is quite weak.

Right in front of a clean beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious.

Good location, room is great, stuff is very kind. Morning buffet is also nice.

The room itself once cleaned properly was a good size.

Staff - The staff weren't interested in our stay, the doormen literally never opened a door for us even when trying to open a door ourselves with a pram, baby and bags. On one occasion I made eye contact with the doorman and he just looked downed and ignored us. Whilst there were some incredibly pleasant members if staff we found the general attitude towards guests to be negative especially compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam. Not exactly sure what's going on there perhaps a higher management issue, nobody seems to want to help.The noise - The hotel has a major noise problem. It is directly opposite a beach club called Ocean beach. From 8pm to around 2am you can hear and feel the base of the music. I feel this should be actively advertised on the hotel's website or action taken by the hotel to prevent such noise. All other reveiws about the noise are completely factual and I wish I had read the reviews in more detail before booking the hotel.Cleanliness - On arrival our bedsheets were marked with red, and other dirty marks. We requested new sheets and I was asked if the marks were there when we arrived. A question I don't think should have been asked. Deposit - A 2million VND deposit was taken on check-in which seems like a strange procedure and doesn't exactly start the stay with much confidence.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel has a great spa, pool area, and restaurants. It sits just across the street from the beach.

Our biggest disappointment was the loud music across the street that blared from dusk until way after midnight!! This is not the hotels fault, they have complained to the authorities, but it hasn’t stopped. Our room was on the 10th floor and you could feel the base of the music on your body at night. The breakfast buffet was average. Lots of choices, but average quality. Lastly, the laundry service was very expensive. We used a street vendor after using the hotel 1 time. The hotel price was 40 times the street vendor price.
