The laundry service damaged one of my garments and took several days to resolve the issue. During this time, one staff member showed little concern, while another told me, “You didn’t ask us not to mix your white clothing with colored items.” This response was both surprising and unprofessional.In addition, the room was not in proper condition: there were numerous stains on the sofa.

They have a convenience store on site for drinks and snacks which is helpful when checking in late. They were able to work with me when I needed to leave early.

The bed was too firm for my taste and not comfortable. The bathroom is a small wet bath so the entire room gets soaked when you shower.

Clean, airy, beautiful Friendly staff, very enthusiastic Good location, ok price. Will definitely come back

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient for those who want to travel around the city, surrounded by many delicious restaurants. Reasonable price. Clean room

Location of the hotel is really good and also the staff are really friendly.

Could have been a little more cleaner especially the bed and sheets but it's okay nothing to complain about at this price.

We stayed here for one night and the staff was extremely welcoming and nice, highly recommend.We had everything we needed and they even allowed us to store our luggage until we could check in. Very professional with labels and a dedicated separate storage room.

Nothing really, just be aware that the hotel is close to the main street, so in the evening you get some white noise from the cars passing by.For us it was not an issue, we could rest well.

A pretty convienient location to the airport. While no breakfast offered, plenty of food options available on the street. A small covenience store is also available on site. Tea is offered when waiting in lobby and staff very willing to help.

No shower stall or enclosure, just a detachable hand-held shower head open to the bathroom, leaving the floor wet. Yuck. No bottled water in the room. An employee was operating some kind of fumigation equipment in the lobby at 8 pm. Bed was so big it left very narrow side access against the walls.

Hue, Toi, Khanh, Nghia, Linh, Dat, Phuc very nice and friendly

The hotel is within walking distance of the Dragon Bridge and local markets, but since there are many cars and motorbikes on the road, walking can feel a bit unsafe.Using GrabBike or GrabTaxi is a much safer and easier way to get around.The hotel facilities are great for the price, and all the staff are friendly.Wifi speed was great also the small convenience store and the water dispenser in the lobby are very convenient and useful.

Location near airport & MyKhe beach. Go! Danang mall is within walking distance for fresh local and imported fruits. Perfect for my family . Staff helpful and friendly NgHia, Toi, Khanh, Hue, Hung & Phouc with our luggages & queries. Will book again

The front steps should be handicapped friendly

The staff is friendly and eager to help. The facility is clean, the room area is decent, and the bed is comfortable.

Every day around three o'clock in the morning the noise from the street awakened me from the sleep.

Check-in was quick and welcoming, thanks to Nghia and the door staff. The front desk team was helpful with tour information, and Lynh efficiently arranged our room change. The new room was clean, comfortable, and allowed us a good night’s sleep.

My first room on the 7th floor had mold and ants, making it hard to breathe and sleep even with the window open due to noise. After informing the staff the next day, they moved us to a new room, which was perfect.

Close to Center alot of stores near by and very close to the airport highly recomended i will sure stay again next time Thank you Doha Hotel
