Location

No hot water Bathroom a bit old No hot water in the shower. Told reception staff but nothing done Tv programs all in Vietnamese so no good to me. Hotel is geared for Asians only

Close to beach.

List of facilities on their listing is not what was available in the room. No washing machine, no tumble dryer, no ironing board or iron, no private entrance, no carpet etc. False advertising and very bored staff always on their phones.

We didn't take the breakfast as I think no bfst include in our booking

The bed is messy and sheet not change from previous stay. Both sink and shower drain are clogged. Floor is dirty ( not swept and mopped) Pillow are smelly. Towels are torn and wear out. Teary in the middle.

It's kinda scam. Nothing same as pictures. Fake review and rate. The room and facilities are very old and kinda dirty. The window couldn't lock so it's kinda risky for your stuffs.

Duyên from the reception really went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible.Location was great as well.

The venue is a SCAM. It looks NOTHING like the photos. Stated facilities and features are also not accurate. The room is very old and run down. I would to share the actual photos, but I don't know why booking.com doesn't allow for photo uploads.

Toothbrush left in shower and empty drinks left in the wardrobe. Could have been more attention to detail in the cleaning. Massage shop on level 4, wouldn’t not recommend. Also the room showed a window on booking.com however our room didn’t have one.

It claims on booking.com to be 4 stars however it is not. There was no safe, dirty sheets, broken window and an awful smell in our room. We requested to change rooms, the other room was just as dirty so we called booking.com to raise our concerns. As a result we left the property after only a couple of hours they would not give us a full refund despite being instructed by booking.com to do so. Do not stay here, location is not good as far from restaurants and they are lying on their listing about their rating and facilities (also raised this concern with booking.com). I am not one to leave bad reviews as I know how damaging they can be to a business but we were lied to and I don’t want anyone else to feel the same. Do not be fooled by the entrance.

Staff (lady) at the front desk was really rude never helped with anything. False advertising! Photos do not match with actual quality of the room (picture and actual room is completely different). Bed sheets don't get changed and had stains. They don't actually have clean sheets and even you ask for a room clean all the sheets they have have stains so there is no point. Bathroom was gross too. The music from the nearby bars and the cleaning ladies yelling in the hallways every morning can be a nuisance if you're a light sleeper.

Room wasn't as big, as clean, or as modern as it appeared in the photos. Markings on the wall, old dust gathering on wall decorations, the lamp didn't work. No small towels or toiletries (only liquid soap). Breakfast not included (the food was Vietnamese style)

The room was okay. The place is clean also the value for money is right. They are responsive as well when I send a message for late check in. They also allowed us for late check out for 3hrs that cost 13% of the room rate which is reasonable. We had a good stay..

I really thought we have a window. Yes there is a window but outside is blocked of another wall.
