Nice staff, location was alright near the beach but quite far from other places like the dragon bridge, han river.., breakfast was pretty good i personally liked it, this place has a halal indian restaurant that has different food options, it made eating in da nang so easy for us and we enjoyed every meal, room was clean enough, no room view but we didn’t need it since we didn’t spend much time in it.

I found out that we had to pay twice for that drinks that were in the fridge since it was « not free » but we only drank 2 bottles of water and we paid for them but they charged my brother again, it’s not about the money but i really don’t like it when they take tourists for fools and try to squeeze money off of you, i would’ve given it a 10/10 but this pissed me off.

In a good location just off the beach and within walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and night market, Mai Boutique Villa was a great choice. Terrific, lovely staff, and a large room with a good bathroom and effective A/C. Very good choices for breakfast. And the best Indian restaurant attached to hotel, Lazeez. Highly recommend.

There are several karaoke places as neighbours, but didn't seem too busy during our stay. Maybe bring earplugs.

The property is incredibly clean, it’s in a great location just a short walk to the beach, it has a restaurant downstairs - the Indian food is delicious. They do breakfast which is super yum and free fruit every morning which was awesome! The staff are lovely, friendly and sweet and the little ones loved them all. Unfortunately they don’t have cots like this website says - but they do offer an extra bed at an extra cost. The hotel also has a beautiful seating area outside - nice and chill

We had a very pleasant stay here! The place is very clean and the breakfast were awsome! 5 minutes walk to My Khe beach! Very kind personnel! I recommand this place without any hesitation

I loved that it was vary decent, good value for money.Kind staff, not moldy like many other places I have been before in Da Nang, which made me exceptionally happy and comfortable after bad experiences.Good bed, clean , location vary close the the beach and long lovely walks. And across the 24/7 grocery store.It is on the main street, but was more relaxing then being closer to the loud epicenter.There are options for the included breakfast and beside that, great Indian food on the ground floor that is actually a restaurant with chill seating outside.They did my laundry and I had an option to rent a bike via them but I used a rental place vary near street behind, and they were cool and convenient to leave because of the short distance.Next time I will definitely choose to be like this, a bit further away in the Korean district and rent a bike, for which the city is vary convenient, then to be in a limiting ‘walking distance’ tourist moldy area.All in all, recommendation.

It might smell on Indian food on the ground floor and climbing a bit up, but I kinda found it cute. Anyways much better to smell Indian spices then mold like many other accommodations in the city. But the room didn’t smell on cooking , so its not important.

Staff is great and helpful in arranging tours. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurants and the beach nearby.

I've been coming back to Mai Boutique Villa since 2018. The people here are wonderful, kind, and thoughtful. Thr rooms are cleaned daily with attention to details. There's complimentary tea, coffee, and water. They've a comfy bed, and nice wood floor. The location is great; the Pacific Ocean, and beach is a five minute walk. It's very good value for your money. And, they've one of the best restaurants I've been to in South East Asia. I will be back.

Lovely friendly staff. The big bonus was the Indian restaurant with amazing food that ran from the hotel.

The door from room to balcony did not close properly (not tightly) meaning the noise from the road was louder than it should have been. Hotel staff tried to fix it by wedging it with balcony chair. Unfortunately I am a light sleeper so traffic woke me at 5am when it started up again.

This place better than the photos, it's very clean all of the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is cooked fresh for you, unfortunately I only are ate the restaurant once except for breakfast and I can see why it gets very busy

The hotel has a perfect location just two blocks from the best beach in Da Nang, the staff was very friendly, they helped us with everything, we booked all the tours there and it was great.

Mai Boutique Villa is my first choice in Da Nang. The staff are the best, the place very clean, and excellent value for the money. One of the best things is the Lazeeze Indian restaurant, which is also 100% Halal, and has great food. The beach is a five minute walk away. I always go back.

This place is, and has been since 2018, my favourite place to stay in Da Nang. The staff are wonderful people, the rooms very nice, and the beds comfortable. It is constantly cleaned daily, has excellent WiFi connection, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. They've a great Indian restaurant, and can enjoy walking around. I'll be back as always.

Mai Boutique is my favourite place to stay in Vietnam. It's like going home to a familiar place. The staff, are excellent, the room, and beds are very comfortable, and clean.good value for your money. My Khe beach, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean are a five minute. I love their Indian restaurant; their food is addictive.

Location is very central and it’s easy to walk to the beach, to the bridges/ river and there are many eateries and convenience stores all around. The hotel has a very homey and warm feel to it. There are some cute dogs to play with ☺️

The chiller in the room was not cold but the hotel changed to a small fridge upon request. The bed had some tweaky sound but is not too bad.

Delicious Indian food - not easy to find in Vietnam. Friendly staff with professional attitude. Clean room, spotless bathroom. Close to beach

Busy street - lots of traffic to karaoke 'facility' next door.

Staff were very helpful organising scooter hire and trips. Nothing was too much trouble.The restaurant food was delicious . Thankyou all for a lovely stay(s)
