Hotel was poor to be 4star water was running real low no ho water

The staff are very friendly & accommodating. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Water pressure & hot water not working on 1 of the nights I had to call the front desk.

One of the best hotels for its value. Very nice rooms. The special attention is for a pool which is not fully open air and can be enjoyed even during the rainy season. Good housekeeping service and front office

The gym needs refreshment asap. Some of the equipment is dangerous to use

The Grand Sea Hotel is well located just one block off the beach, with easy access to the shoreline and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. The location is definitely a strong point. The staff were helpful when asked, though service felt more functional than warm. The room was what you’d expect from a large hotel—comfortable and adequate, but not especially distinctive. The view was decent, though partially blocked by surrounding high-rise buildings.Breakfast was large but felt more cafeteria-style, consisting primarily of Asian options. While this is to be expected in Vietnam, the food was more about quantity than quality. Overall, the hotel felt more like a large, independent hotel with a chain-hotel feel rather than a boutique experience. Road noise was noticeable even several floors up.

Very nice view and good location. Walkable distance to the beach and there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Just the location is good

Room is not clean, cant close the window too much noice from outside, there are cockroaches in the hotel and the smell is awful from the toilet. It was really hard to stay here for 4 days, breakfast is also awful nothing to ear actually

We are over 60 years of age and I struggled to carry our suitcases up the steep entrance stairs into the Hotel and out again when we were leaving. Poor performance in regard to this.

I like the room it’s perfect for solo traveler quite spacious. But I was disappointed because upon booking it said to be the room ha sea view at the window. But I was received was the view of the wall of the others building

Ac was amazing, location was right off the beach. Staff was very accommodating and kind.

Room smelled like cigarettes despite the no smoking sign. Faucet was loose and hard to turn on. Beds felt sandy the first night

Great location and good value for money. Overall, a pleasant hotel — we enjoyed our stay.

The area is quite busy, with many large hotels nearby, so big groups of tourists often arrive, which can create a bit of chaos. The hotel is not new, and there was a slight musty smell, but nothing that seriously affected our experience.

- Great service - Reception staff acted very quickly if we had a request (extra towels, opening the safe, shower problem)- Location is great, just around the corner you can get to the beach- Junior Suite was extra spacious with huge balcony

This didn't impact our stay too much, but some drawbacks were:- Furniture in the balcony and rails were not very clean.- Breakfast wasn't great, not much for European tastes.- The room was cleaned everyday, which was great! But the cleaning staff started knocking on the door very early in the morning.

Staff are friendly. Place is safe. Hotel is walking distance to the beach. Dining, convenience store, and massages all within the vicinity. Breakfast menu is ok.

Accommodation was good and cleaning at a high standard. Staff were attentive and friendly but had very limited English.

Breakfast was provided free but did not cater well for Westerners .

The place was not clean at all. I had the get house keeping twice time to clean the toilet as there was urine left on the it and the bathtub had grey grime all over it. The walls and floors were not clean as well. The shower had a weird smell to it. The balcony had pigeon poop all over it. Just overall not clean AT ALL.

Good value for money our room was very spacious. A little deceiving about the Sea View as we were a block or more back from the ocean. The breakfast was plentyful. Food was good. Walkability to Beach was good. interesting area
