- Moldy and smelly room. Heavy air. Room smelled like 10-20 spray of Indian cologne. Un livable. I was planning buying other hotel. Luckily they did change to another room, that was better. Also in there was blood eating insect in bed and itching.Building seemed moist and outdated.
- The pool area was uninviting with sparse furniture and the bar didn’t seem operational.
- There is water on the floor after having a shower. It flows along the sides of the bathtub to the floor.

The hotel is right in front of My Khe beach, great location and vibes. Hotel facilities were as seen on the Booking app. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and had options for vegetarians.
The location of the hotel was perfect with eating joints across the street along with the beach. The view from the room was perfect for the beach vibes.
We used the hall in this Hotel and their staffs were really amazing and very helpful. We had an excellent meeting & the meeting hall (Tulip Hall) was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

The scenery of the sea from my room was exceptional. The hotel is located at a spot which is convenient in many aspects - food, drinks, beachside relaxation, convenience store etc

Excellent location and very nice stay on this hotel right on the beach front in Da Nang. The staff were lovely and welcoming always friendly and the housekeeping staff were exceptional. The room was very comfortable and spacious, great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast which was included was varied and tasty especially the lovely lady who made scrambled eggs and the yogurts were the best! Shame we couldn’t use the pool as the weather wasn’t great but it looked a lovely area.
The gym was outdated and small so a bit of a negative for my husband who wanted to use it, he ended up going to the gym nearby. Otherwise nothing.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special we were a bit in hurry, nothing really impressed us. There was enough to feed yourself but could be more variations.
Room was cleaned every day, but there was quite much dust and garbage under the bed, unfortunately Ive got to look there when Ive dropped a bottle. Safe wasn’t working reliably.

Well, I must say something, not about the hotel; it's not their mistake. During my stay, we had many visitors from India. I am not against them, but I did not feel like I was in Vietnam but like I was in India. At first, for breakfast, I didn't understand their culture, but I saw many times they took food with their hands and, after tasting the food, returned it back to the food pot, including meat, salami, and other hot food. Many times I have been complaining to those Indians, but they completely ignored my complaint. Also, I told the receptionist about this issue. They have apologised to me, but they told me openly they don't like Indian customers because they have many problems with them.
