Orange City Center Hotel Da Nang - Near Han Market & Dragon Brigde

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our requests for a car to take us places in the city. It was a good location where you could easily walk to cafes and places nearby, and the beach was only about a 10 min taxi away.

The room was much smaller than what it seemed in the pictures, and I was glad only to have stayed for several days. Breakfast was not as good as all the reviews were raving about, it was fine.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel offers good quality for the price, and the location is perfect, right in the city centre, close to the Dragon Bridge and the Cathedral. There are many nice cafés and restaurants around, which made everything very convenient. For such a reasonable price, this was a great choice.

The location is close to airport and golden dragon bridge

The rooms are very old, the hotel inside starting from elevator to parking from corridors to room shelf are dirty seems like hotel living his last days seems like the owner of the hotel totally forget about this hotel and working stuff is just staying in hotel for salary not working , asked to help to change the money 100$ to Vietnam dongs the guy from reception said that he will change for lower rate I needed money and said ok but after changing he said that I have to pay to him separately because he went somewhere and changed so this is for him . The rooms inside dirty inside wardrobes toilet shower don’t have curtains so after taking a shower you have to swim again in toilet :) the corridor is used for smoking so you always have a smell of smoke . So if you have another option guys recommend to stay in other place. Rented bike there for two days, bike was almost empty of gas barely reached the gas station and the bike was already dead to start ignition you always have to keep speed paddle a little bit otherwise it will turn off. Asked for scales to weight my luggage said don’t have.

It was the worst ever.

I booked deluxe. They said it’s damp. Then room was smelling. Not even a water in room. Lights were broken. Ants everywhere. I talked to receptionist and he says booking.com is giving low rate so. Wtf

The hotel is in a central location, close to the cathedral, Han River, local market, and many great food spots nearby. It is also convenient for getting to the train station. The room is clean, with a window and a bathtub. Motorbike rental is available at the front desk. Overall, everything is quite good and the price is very affordable.

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but this was not a big problem as there are many food options nearby.

A great option if you want to stay in a very central area. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and within easy reach of the Dragon Bridge, making it simple to get around the city. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a level of comfort that exceeded expectations for the price. Everything felt well organized and looked after.What really stood out was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Overall, excellent value for money and a place I would happily recommend.

Scam — do not book this property. It was dirty, full of insects, and had mold. We were relieved that we stayed there for only one night.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I checked in at the hotel. I walked into my room and immediately turned around and walked back out. I sent them a message about changing rooms because the one I was in was absolutely filthy. They never responded so I left and rented a hotel someplace else. I contacted my booking agency and neither of us received a response. Do not book here.

Comfortable stay with an excellent location. The hotel is well located, within walking distance to Han Market, the Cathedral, the Han River and Dragon Bridge. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

The slow wifi, only one complementary water, one toothbrush and one sleeper for two people.

Everything. The hotel cancelled my reservation in the afternoon of the arrival. I got there straight from the aorport and was told that I have to find another accommodation. They have a cacellation policy 3 days before arrival -- they should also give the guests 3 day minimum notice to be fair then.Then later they allowed me stay only if I pay extra money --wowThen the room they gave me wasn't cleaned at all and, the worst, ants everywhere. It was a terrible hotel.

Wifi very weak, barely there

I have stayed in this hotel in the past. It is a good location, plenty of shops, banks and restaurants nearby. The wifi was a good strong signal in my room, there was also an ethernet connection which is a bit unusual these days.There was plenty of hot water and good pressure. The lifts worked perfectly during my stay.Tip: There is a lift in the basement, which is actually street level, very handy for getting heavy suitcases up to the lobby level, much easier than climbing the steps.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it had one of the best breakfasts I've seen in Vietnam. Sadly, the restaurant is not open at the moment. The room cleaning was so-so. Not much was done.

It was INFECTED with ants. All of our stuff is full of ants to the point where in our next hotel it was coming out of our clothes and bags. Every nook and cranny has bugs in that hotel. We also asked for hand soup and they laughed at us. Don’t really understand why

The location is perfectly central, right near the Dragon Bridge and Han River, and the staff are incredibly friendly and kind.

The bed was nice. The tv worked. The bathtub was nice.

Water damage on the floors. Paint chips flaking off the walls every day. I had to instruct the maids to clean things that were dirty before I arrived. There were spattering of food or drink on the walls not from me. There were stains on the ceilings. Cracks in paint around window frames. The restaurant on the roof does not exist. Only one elevator, and it did not work properly. When I arrived, the freezer in the refrigerator was a complete lock of ice. They would not provide partial refund for such poor attention to detail. The neighborhood SUCKS!!!All construction and trash everywhere.

The location is perfect, close to major Da Nang attractions like the Dragon Bridge, the cathedral, museums, and the market. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very cheerful and friendly! The room had a spacious and clean bathtub! Overall, this is a good, affordable option right in the city center.
