Convenient and close to airport; staff was wonderful and breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a good location near the airport, with many restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient for late and early flights, as in my case. The staff is friendly, and the room is spacious and clean.

The reception room may need an upgrade for a better vibe.

The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Check and out fast. The man and Check out was helpful with my bags. The room was clean,had comfortable beds, had a good internet connection, and was quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and an omlette station. The location is close to the airport. I recommend.

Struggled ordering a simple bowl of fries through room service due to language barrier. Water pressure in shower & bath was awful. Reception was helpful though.

We like the pool and the staffs are friendly and helpful. We like the big bathroom. The bathroom is spacious. It is central and convenient. The staff were helpful ordering taxis and provided the right information. Thank you to them.

No halal food for the Muslim. The furniture are date. The shower pressure is not strong enough. Unfortunately we saw the place when the whether was bad and the back view was flooded and insufficient umbrella provided. No ironing board and iron in the room. The staffs are not fluent in English

Hardly any Guests

Room. Shower was leaking and not very cleanRats in the Restaurant and the outside Bar as well as in the food preparation room by the BarReception could hardly speak any English

The pool was great .

The restaurant food menu was very basic and little to choose from.. The drinks menu was very poor. There was very little to choose from and they didnt have any white wine.

I would not recommend this hotel. Reception staff tried to help and were pleasant but duty manager refused to discuss my concerns in person. Did not provide the room with a balcony that I paid for and no refund

Check the air con in your room before paying. Staff knew the air con in two of the three rooms they showed me didn’t work. Floor I stayed in had bad water damage from leaking air conditioning.

The room is very huge and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Very good location as well from airport. Very good value for money.

Just maybe the shower area. I think it's clogged. They can easily repair it anyway but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Poor

I was expecting a lot more from this place with it being 4 star, very run down and dated, staff were half asleep and most of them ignorant too! Reception is like a cave, silence with hardly any lighting. We went to use the gym and everything is falling apart and unusable. We didn’t see any other guests during our stay, place was like a ghost town and quite creepy! Rooms very dated.The breakfast not great.Llocation is poor meaning you have to get taxi’s everywhere. It states on the 4th floor the hotel provides free bicycles however upon asking at reception, they had no idea about this. I would not recommend staying here.

The pool and location

Room is very old, smelly and bathroom is for kid , my husband had to bench his head while he was having shower. The studio apartment didn’t have toaster, or dishwasher sponge and dishwashing liquid, the hallway and lift were always hot

Bad hotel

Terrible hotel. Run down and in isolated location. Looks nothing like the pictures. Most of the facilities are closed. We booked and paid for 6 nights and left after one night it was that bad.

Room is great. There is no noise if you stay away from the roadside. Facilities good. Staff good.

Breakfast sucks bad!

Breakfast catered for all needs with western and eastern choices.The Domestic staff were exceptional.The Gym and nearby swimming pool were an added bonus.

Installation of three pin electrical outlets would have made things easier to plug in and use computor equipment.The two pin outlets did not securely hold the adaptor we had travelled with

Breakfast is very good! Especially noodle! So tasty!!!

The carpet was a little dirty. I could see a lot of hair on it. I would appreciate it if you could vacuum it. The shower room was very clean.

Close to the airport.

It’s a bit tired needs some upgrading. There nothing to see or restaurants slope by.

The pictures are a lie, this hotel has not been updated since the 1980s. No where near a 4 star, I’d give it barely a 2

It was very well located and had different facilities available like swimming pool, gym, restaurants. The staff were nice and friendly.

When I made the booking it mentioned that all children older than 12 years had to pay extra. My daughter is 11 and still they charged me. I tried to explain that she was turning 12 in November this year but still they changed the rules and said that every child older than 6 years is charged an extra fee. All good, I paid; but they should be clearer in the description. I don’t like this kind of “surprises”. The breakfast was bad. They have something similar to a buffet but you have to select in a paper, what you would like to eat. As a foreigner it is very complicated to know what to choose by name. Anyway, my daughter ordered some pasta that was extra spicy for her. We let them know and they changed it for pasta with literally nothing. Not even salt. The food wasn’t nice at all. The hotel is 4 stars but we think they might have gotten this rate years before as the facilities clearly look old. The hotel has a lot of potential but I rather choose a different option next time.
