Royal Lotus Hotel Danang

Fantastic Spread worth the Money.Spacious Rooms, Mesmerizing views even better than Radisson. (Ocean, Mountains, Clouds, City. All in One).Staff was super helpful. Had the best Coffee Ever Period.Staff helped us with choosing the right hospital for my son's fever too. Very considerate.

Convenient food shops & coffeePleasant helpful staff

Furniture & fittings we a little tired, old and damaged

The fresh smell upon entering the reception. Smiling staff.

Our room was small. No place for kids to play. Should have more international food.

Got upgraded to the king suite because my room was not yet available for a check in and I waited a long time.Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a good selection. The location of the hotel is perfect! Near: nail and hair salons, restaurants and shops.

The view of the ocean and mountains on the 13th floor was amazing. Loved the floor to ceiling, wall to wall window. The king room was very spacious and furnitures were very comfortable and clean. Kudos to the housekeepers. Excellent location; within walking distance of all major amenities and only minutes from the beach. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Keep up the good work, thank you all.

Brealfast is excellent.!. The front desk staffs are perfect. I love Ms. Nguyen Thuy ❤️

Very good staff at reception

The clean and spacious property

Friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and is very good! The property is clean and well maintained. It’s my second time staying at the property and I will definitely stay here again the next time I go back to Da Nang.

It’s a busy mid-class hotel that caters to mostly leisure groups. Higher floors have good views ! There’s a full range of pool, gym, spa and a big buffet breakfast (Asian style) and the convenient location being its main catch. It’s close to the beach and many interesting restaurants are around. We booked it for the last few days of our trip. Perfect place to stay if the price offer is right.

The breakfast buffet should be upgraded a bit, especially the coffee.

Great location for excellent price

Gym was outdated and coffee at breakfast was not hot

Great location, very open and comfortable lobby. Easy access for grab drivers Thu Thao at front desk was very helpful.

The gym was outdated and cluttered

Super breakfast.Spacious dining room.

poor WIFI.not smoking freeNoisy from next room

I can’t give these guys anything less than 10 points. Their actions made me give them a perfect score. I have no choice! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the room is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is UNOBTRUSIVE. Everything is just great. But there’s one BUT, which I'll mention in the cons...

Okay, I would go out to smoke sometimes (since you can only smoke outside there). I had to use the elevator, and probably because it was the peak season, I sometimes had to wait up to 10 minutes in line for the elevators when I returned. I often ended up getting caught in the crowd of package tourists arriving by bus, who would gather around the elevators.

The hotel has very friendly and accommodating staff and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Though dated, everything worked well. The breakfast was great. There are many food options nearby. Everything is a short Grab ride away. My family truly enjoyed their stay here.

The WiFi connection was literally zero in the room. It needs upgrading to a faster network as the staff simply say that when all guests use the system, it collapses, which is hardly an excuse in today's world. Also, it would be better to have more lighting in the bathroom but it still is manageable

Clean and comfy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Lots of shops around the area to explore. A bit further away from the beach but not a big issue.

Amazing location, central to everywhere. The staff are beautiful, so attentive, so clean, high quality of hygiene.Great speaking of English and so helpful. They did not rip us off when arranging taxi’s or tours. Offered us umbrellas and hats before we departed. This is a 5 ⭐️ hotel and all of the employees are also 5 ? We will return and stay there again. Fully recommend to all

Nothing to dislike at all

amazing hotel not far from the beach, great location, really nice breakfast with good variety. only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a host of really good restaurants highly recommend

The staff were friendly, location was good - My Khe beach is wonderful!

The rooms are outdated and everything is broken or mouldy. We booked for a month but left after one day. The pictures and information does not represent reality. For instance, there is no restaurant on the premises. There is no rooftop pool, chairs are broken, toilet is broken, glass windows in the pool area broken - overall needs renovation and investment.

Breakfast,room,lobby and location,everything is excellent.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and warm. The lobby was beautiful.

This property was falsely advertised as having a bakery, I top floor restaurant and being beachside. It did not have a bakery or a top floor restaurant and was quite some distance to the beach. We arrived for a swim at 6 pm and the pool was closed. Very disappointing.
