    Pros +

    • It was beautiful place to be. My room had a decent view of the alley, it made me feel like a Disney princess. The bed was comfortable & somewhat clean. The guys who helped me move my luggages were really nice. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many choices!
    • The hotel is okay.
    • It is in the middle of the theme park so we can enjoy the theme park even the park is cloaed to public

    Cons -

    • The front desk ladies aren't as friendly as I expected them to be (looking very serious) and are unable to answer simple questions back in English, however, the bellboys are great and helpful
    • The room was old and outdated. The receptionist girls look bored and hated their jobs. The bar in the hotel was so lame! The price I paid did not cover the cap¿s ticket to get to the mountain.
    • The entire trip was strange. The hotel price doesn’t include the cable car ride. The cable car was an additional $60. The check out process was a mess. We got forced onto a different cable car route that required 2 different cars. This route had tons of stairs that you had to carry your luggage. We got to the bottom of the hill and had no idea what to do. No signs or directions. I found an employee walking by (on break) and they finally got us out. We had to take a bus to get to our Grab. Again, it was a mess.

Beautiful place. Just wish it didn't rain. It was my birthday and they had a cake and roses waiting for me in my room. It was a very nice touch

Some of the staff in the beer plaza were not so nice

The village is spectacular. Amazing that they could build something like this way up on a mountain.

We got upgraded to an executive suite but there were a number of electrical issues in our suite. The bed was awesome but the sheets felt like plastic or something like that. The breakfast buffet was too small for all the people that are in there.

Very helpful staff guided us from the bottom of the hill all the way to our room. Diverse included breakfast featuring an omelette station.

The included breakfast was good but also chaotic.

Beautiful place! We had a lovely view of the cathedral and the street below. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Only the weather could have been better?

We get to experience an overnight stay in Bana Hills where we can enjoy the place with few people in it and not over crowded.

Room is tiny but it’s a given, since they need to maximize the space.

Friendly staff, good breakfast & clean.

I personally do not think it’s worth the price. Not a lot to do in the evening other than eat & drink. (& also everywhere is extremely expensive).

    The location, the room

The breakfast is not good. Many choices but the taste is not good. We are ao dissapointes with the breakfast.

    9ChatchaiPosted on: 1-5-2026

Good location, beautiful places with games and fun park for kids

The weather unpredictable, restaurant closes too early, cable car operation hours too short.

    8CarloPosted on: 1-3-2026

Obviously the location is the winner. You’re in the french village. The rest have opportunities.

No lift to top floor. Front desk staff need better english and service orientation.

    9MonpasPosted on: 1-2-2026

Room reserved was small, so expected, but well apportioned. The breakfast buffet was the best I've experienced, just off the chart. Other food in various shops likewise exceeded expectations. Walking around to explore was fun as well, a very enjoyable experience. Cable car was fantastic, but the weather on site will be cooler and likely different that in the city.

WiFi from Mercure should extend across the French Village in my opinion. Since we relied on WiFi, whenever we left hotel grounds to walk or shop, we lost internet access. The shops don't carry beverages, so if you better bring it with you from off-site. Also, leaving the property to tour DaNang is a hassle as well. At the end of the stay, it all felt a bit 'controlled' IMO but maybe expected due to the location. These are all small complaints, but valid IMO.

    It’s location.

There are sections that are not senior friendly or PWD friendly. Corrective constructions should be made especially jn the restaurant area.

The hotel has a great location as it is situated in Ba Na Hills. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. We also booked dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was equally diverse and delicious. The staff, especially the bellmen, were extremely helpful and assisted with our luggage throughout our stay.

There were almost no issues, but some power outlets did not work with our universal adapter.

    8PIYANANPosted on: 12-23-2025

The room is okay. I booked a bulk bedroom, but I think the stairs are too dangerous, even for young and healthy people. There should also be a mirror in the room. The staffs are very friendly and always happy to help.

The room is quiet old but clean.

    9BrunoPosted on: 12-11-2025

    Everything except the restaurant staff.

The restaurant took 2 hours to prepare our dinner, one meal was delivered at a time so we could not eat together. Bad food and terrible staff.Breakfast was very good though.
