So I’ve stayed here many times, and staff rocks as always. It is a great value for the money

So I was here six months ago, and in that time the nearby lot has been developed, blocking out the view of the ocean

Breakfast was pathetic and they didn't serve much continental food. Instead most of the food was vietnamees and not suitable for Indians.

Internet was not available and there was no phone support inside the room. for everything we have to go to reception and speak to the people.

They are not using sun “ blocked” curtains. Basically if the sun is up by 6am, it will all be lit inside the room, and no way that you can go back to sleep.There are faulty outlets / socketsThe AC is not very cold..

Our stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The location is fantastic. There are lots of good places nearby like restaurants, stores, and pharmacies. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the area. We'd love to come back and stay here again.

One day AC started leaking and it was not properly fixed till we left. Other than that all good.

Some Items of the Indian menu should be placed as I have seen most of the Indians staying in this property so they can enjoy the Morning Meal

We had a corner room with huge windows. We had a bit of an ocean view enough to see the surfers to know if the surf was good. A lot of construction going on in the whole town. But this place was in walking distance to a lot of great restaurants.

Nice staffs at reception and nice accommodation staff at breakfast except for rude man serving the soup. Maybe he was the boss or manager as the nice staffs were pushed around by him.

All nice staffs except for cranky old man serving the pho soup. He kept looking and glaring at everyone making our group feel like we took too much food. Not welcoming at all. His hygiene procedure is also questionable when he dropped and picked up his gloves and continued to serve the soup. He also went outside and blew his nose without tissues and returned to continue serving soup. Totally ruined our breakfast. Due to an early flight, we went to the breakfast room early on one of our two mornings and were met with rude dismissive gestures from him. Couldn't leave quick enough. Shame because all other staffs were exceptional.We had the kind room with sea view. The curtains were practically falling off and inoperable. we were also put on the 3 floor under the breakfast room which hotel used for dinner parties. So we couldn't rest due to the excessive noise along with chairs and tables dragged on the floor above us. Couldn't sleep until the party ended!

Great breakfast, comfy bed, good facilities. Close to vibrant area of town. Pool is small but there is a 25m public pool a few blocks away for proper swimming. Gym had a cable machine and a few dumbells and a running machine.

The seaside view was very impressive.

I had informed the Hotel about my early check in in response they asked me to pay 50% charges for which I agreed to pay but to our shock they did not give us an early check in .Instead of 8 am check in we were given 1 pm check in .These 5 hours were the most agonizing one for us on the whole tour.The bathroom was very tiny with very poor drainage system.The breakfast did not have any significant vegetarian options.

The location and friendly FOH staff, the saving grace is the view.

The room was old and shabby with torn curtains, the bathroom was very dirty and the shower cubicle was ridiculous trying to enter and exit, due to the spa bath that was placed in front of it. The blinds in the bathroom were rusted and torn, the shower screen leaked from every corner and due to the corrosion on the tap ware it is impossible to see which is hot and cold, nearly causing severe burns.

it was a good and peaceful stay . was looking for a beach view, due to unavailability it was not given, otherwise okay. the food served in breakfast was also not very fresh and not getting re-filled If something was over

I booked this king room with a sea view. The room was nice and clean. It had a sofa. It made my neck hurt.

The hotel is nice with a pretty good breakfast buffet. They try rotating the dishes each day. The location was excellent being close to the beach and next to some nice side streets with good restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is a bit older and the pool area on the roof is ok but not great.

TV had some issues with turning on snd off but I didn’t use it so it was not a problem for me.
