Le House Boutique Hotel - 100m to the beach

I like that the staff was friendly and very helpful. I like that the area was close to food establishments for quick bites and a bit of shopping and easy access to transportation.

I did not like that there was no path light to our area, heading to the end rooms.The color of the room was a bit dark, and there was only 1 trash bin.the mirror in the bathroom is broken

Friendly and supportive staff. So experience was good. They offered contacts to tour operators,.etc.

I think the hotel needs to replace the bed sheets, towels and utensils. It's clear that they're old. They were not dirty, just old.

Everything’s bad, except for the location

Room smell very bad, AC doesn’t work.

It’s an average hotel but with a very good location, close to the beach, in a relatively busy area, with coffee shops, restaurants and spas. Perfect to explore Da Nang on one week stay.

It was clean but the room, although with a great view, looked a bit run down, like it were at least 10 years since the last repair.

The property outside look glamorous and gorgeous unfortunately is not what it look like on the inside.

The room is very old and is have a molded smell.

The walls are thin so you can hear other guests but it's definitely not a deal breaker

Mosquitos in the room, the keys didn’t work to the room, one of the beds was wet, and the shower leaked all over the entire bathroom

Dirty/mold like hostel

My husband and I wish we had read the Google reviews more thoroughly before booking this hotel. We ended up leaving because both of us became severely sick due to mold in the room. The first night we checked in, there was long black hair on the bed, but we were so jet-lagged we didn’t have the energy to fight with the staff.The room and bathroom were filthy from the start — the garbage bin still had trash in it, and there were stains on the bed board and the sofa. The next day, housekeeping showed up and literally did nothing. They didn’t change the sheets, didn’t clean the room, and my husband actually had to hand them the garbage himself.My husband isn’t even as germ-phobic as I am, but even he was completely grossed out. The whole place felt neglected and unhygienic. I honestly felt like I was staying at a rundown hostel, not a hotel we paid good money for. Absolutely awful experience and I would never return or recommend it.

Location was good and room was spacious. I stayed here for one night and it was more than enough

Cleaning must be improved and some maintenance in the bathroom. There was dampness on the ceiling and when taking a shower, the water was overflowing and the floor was covered in water.

Location and place are good.

Cleaning could definitely be improve in “hidden places”. For example my daughter lost something underneath the bed and we lifted and OMG. It was grossed… there were soooo many things and dirt from more than a year ago. Walls were dirty all around. Elevator floor usually dirty. Sofa grossed to… and so on

Really nice staff. The location is exactly described - just a short walk to My Khe beach, and at the central of a vibrant street with everything we needed for our stay. The facility is a bit weary but decent. Given the excellent price, still a great value for money.

Everything. Cleanliness, things working, customer service, don’t lie in posting pictures that is not representative of what you’re actually going to pay/stay out. First, the room look really nothing like the pictures. It was absolutely misleading and disappointing. The pictures made it look like the place was clean and fairly nicely kept. Nope! Maybe it was the picture that they took when the room was first completed before anyone has ever set foot in it. It looked extreme they worn down, kitchen appliances don’t work, floors were so dirty and old. On our last day, the bathroom door auto locked on its own and when we called the front desk to let them know, they asked if anyone was in it. Funny thing cause our 2 room (we had 2 rooms - a 3 bedroom & 2 bedroom rooms), my mom was locked inside the 2nd room room. Luckily my young daughter wasn’t in the bathroom when it locked on us, which oddly was a deadbolt and how is that possible? We were getting ready to leave but needed to double check to ensure nothing was left behind and was almost late for our flight due to this delay. The guy had to essentially break open the lock in order to open the door. I complained to the front desk about both rooms stove not working and the problems with both bathroom doors and no room cleaning (alleging a man told them not to clean both rooms). The only man is my husband who doesn’t engage in these things nor can really communicate with them and said he never told anyone of such thing. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Even for 3 nights and all the issues and lack of staffing and customer service, they would not compensate for anything, not even a water bottle. I read a lot of reviews and questionable if the reviews are real since everyone says this place is nice. I stayed in 2 of their “supposedly nice” rooms and they were crap. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I wouldn't change the thing That's exactly what I'm attracted too ,ruggedness With some class.

The staff was helpful and the location was good

The rooms were not that good, air conditioner was not working of one room then we asked them to get it checked but after 3 hours they changed the room.
