Staff was very pleasant, accommodating and resourceful.

There was a picture of a rooftop pool but pool was on 3rd floor. This was disappointing to learn but I don't blame the hotel or staff as it was a customer picture.

Excellent property, walkable distance to beach. Rooms are neat and clean and very spacious. Staffs are very supportive and cooperative

WiFi is not that good. The signal strength is weak most of the time.Water pressure in the bathroom is low, may be they don’t have pressure pump.

Location, value and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

The room is big, with bathtub in the bathroom. Near the beach, just walking distance. Many restaurants around. Lots of variety for bfast and taste good. Room is quiet.

The hotel was excellent. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We were given an upgrade and I am very grateful for that The hotel is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, the swimming pool and all the facilities very much. Thank you for a great stay! Thank you Cindy for your assistance and hospitability!

Staff were attentive and very friendly. They were helpful in every aspect, in particular Cindy the customer relations officer.

Shower has no door resulting a wet bathroom.

The room is clean and has all amenities that are required. Not to mention, the view is amazing. The staff are friendly and attentive. Always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast buffet has a variety and was full of flavour.

Very clean! Vietnam is always loud there will always be construction going on. But, the rooms shut out the noise well. I used the spa which was really nice. Great location. Good breakfast. And I got a partial sea view which I did not expect. Get a massage here. Thank you Cindy

Place was worth every penny. Clean, elegant, and easy to navigate around. There are 2 pools. What made this hotel great, though, was the staff, especially Loucy. Check it out.

Staff at reception were great especially Loucy. & Cindy. The conciergerie were great too. Good mark to Hong. The staff at the breakfast station were very welcoming and helpful specifically Hung Nhung. Great times overall

Whenever I complained about something, the management did the best way possible to correct the issue. And this is a virtue that I value the most. There was some mold smell in my first 2 rooms but they didn’t stop to offer me a room without this issue until I say “okay”. I want to thank dear Ivy for all of her support. She made my whole stay a lot better on her own. Her existence absolutely is an added value to the hotel. Also dear Nhung was amazing to make my breakfasts better. ❤️

I have asthma and they use chemical scents excessively, in my opinion. I told my opinion to them and I’m sure that they will consider it.

At the time of final bill staff was asked me to pay for soap and bath tub shower gel. This was what I feel is cheating. In very small letter they mentioned the item is for sale and not explained me during check in time. It was first time in my travel somebody charged me for bath soap and tub shower gel.I feels it is cheating to get the money from foreign people. Second we were nine family members and luggage taking members are very rude. Not even taking the luggage from Vehicle to rooms and vis versa. Infact asking for money So overall very bad experience with Cicilia Hotel .

It was in the middle of everything; 3 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and store all conveniently around us. The best location.

The “Penthouse Suite” was far below our expectations. Everything was half way done. Everything was staged for the pictures, but, it was not functional. First, the master suite didn’t have any dresser for clothes. We had to leave everything in the suitcase. Secondly, the “luxury” bathroom tub did not work…just running water. The ocean view from the suite was amazing. But the non functional room took away from that. Though Vivian was exceptionally helpful. Some of the staff members were just average .

The service is really really pathetic. When you call the reception (phone number 0) from your room they never answer the call. You have to go down physically to talk to them which becomes a challenge when you are traveling with kids. House keeping (phone number 3456) also never answer the call. So if you want an extra towel you will have to leave your kids alone in the room go all the way down to the reception and then rush back up. If you’re staying on high floors such as the 12th floor, this is even more painful.House keeping also did a very poor job. During our entire stay they never changed the bed sheets and they didn’t even lay the bed. They just folded the top cover and kept it on the bed. Even the floors were not cleaned properly and it was full of dust. I’ve never seen such a poor level of house keeping.When we checked into room 1203 one king size bed didn’t even have a blanket and after my wife went all the way down to the reception physically late at night (as they never answer the call when you dial 0) and told them to give us a blanket the house keeping boy brought a single blanket for a king size bed and to repeat the whole process of going down to the reception all over again was too much of a hassle.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. You will be better off choosing some other hotel and don’t make the same mistake we did.

The staff was kind and accommodating especially the supervisor named Nguyen Ha. Her service was exceptional and went above and beyond. Truly a nice place to stay here. There was laundry service just across the hotel. Supermarket and souvenir shops nearby. Great place. The view in our room was magnificent. Food and coffee was great too. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Cicilia Hotels & Spa Danang, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel offers a great view of the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. The suite I stayed in was spacious, well-designed, and truly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully laid out for a premium experience. The location is also fantastic, with lots of amenities nearby and easy access to the city—just a quick Grab ride and you’re in the heart of Danang in no time. Definitely a top choice for both relaxation and convenience!

One small area for improvement was the breakfast area, which tends to get quite busy and crowded. It could benefit from a little more space or perhaps a rearrangement to make it easier to move around and find a seat. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and the hotel still offers great value for its price. Highly recommended!
