The cleaning of the room was not very good ?

Good deal, amenities, good cold and hot water pressure location, wifi, friendly staff.I rated 8 because of the deal price.

The furniture is very old and creaky, everything in the room looks exhausted by use, the cleaning is sub standard, the replenishment of the amenities is a hit and miss, no bed sheets changed for more than a week, noise from the street till late and disappointing breakfast.

It is very convenient located, it is of good value with a big room.

We checked the room to ensure everything is ok first (as part of the hotel requirement) and noted that there is only 1 pair of slippers when on the agreement, it says 2. I notified the staff, but nothing has been done. Since we werent being charged, it is not a big deal for us.

They will make you a omelette for breakfast if you ask. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Its in a good area by beach and lots of food choices near by. We had a very large corner room. I like that they give you a couple small bottles of water daily.

More options for breakfast would be nice. Shower would be nice, just a tub and wand for washing. Water never really gets hot if you like a hot bath.

The big arrangement was nice, but it's very dusty. Bathrooms are not clean and very old and rusted the staff members were very rude towards us. They didn't even give a 15 minute late checkout and they charged 150,000 VND.

The facilities are old and detergent smell is noticeable. Pretty noisy from other rooms.

Not worth. Painting the wall during my stay. The breakfast was not good.

The hotel itself has nice big rooms with comfortable beds, huge window with view and decent sound proofing. Desk is actually a decent size with a good chair for working.

Internet was really terrible. Could not get any signal in the room for most of my stay. The staff tried to fix it but it didn't really improve that much. It was better in the corridor, so staff made a terrible suggestion that I work on the floor, near the door with it open. I tried other rooms but it was the same. Therefore, the hotel isn't really suitable for nomads.There was also some noise coming from the upper floor from works in the pool area.Fridge power turns off when you leave the room, causing it to leak water everywhere inside.

Cheap - but old

The hotel didn't looked like the pictures on the website at all. Very old and worn. Pool area is a joke. Breakfast only consisted of hot dishes, such as rice and noodles, etc. Missed fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, bread, etc. When we check out we were charged for water. All other hotels gave 2 bottles for free. A lot of noise from the street in the morning.....

The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed very clean. Very good location

The lobby looks very well taken care of, but the rooms look like they are falling apart. The couch had stains so I didn’t even sit there.

Very noisey, our room smelt musky and the bathroom kept flooding. The pool does not look like the photos advertised.

This property is extremely good value for money.Located close to the beach and restaurants, we even could walk to the dragon bridge. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was good.

The room smelled very musty. I discovered it was the clothes closet. It needs to be replaced, it smells up the whole room when opened.

The pool was unavailable on one day but the hotel upgraded our stay which made us feel betterThe bathtub could use a proper shower unit.

Hotel stuff .. specially An (Ana)..she was always there to resolve my questions, my room was upgarded .Also the location.. it’s 5 min away from the beach..

For its price, the hotel provides exceptional service. The location is good, 100m away from the beach, lots of good places to eat around, the staff was amazingly kind and helpful.
