Hi, I’d like to thank you your staff, especially Ms. Tran for being so helpful. I forgot an item at your property which has very sentimental value to me, and your staff kept it safely for me. Ms. Tran helped to set out a mailing order so the item could be shipped out to where I was staying. I’m glad I forgot the item there and not somewhere else… I’d be definitely going back to Royal Family Hotel, and hopefully will be able to see Ms. Tran to thank her again.

Pleasant staff. The young lady from the hotel that picked me up at the airport was very helpful and knowledgeable. She spoke excellent english and knew everything.I needed to know.

I thought the price was a little high. I've been across a lot of Vietnam so far. And this by far was the most expensive for what you get.

The only good thing about this hotel was that when we left because the room was filled with mold they made a full refund

extra bath towels in the rooms , definitely need face towel. some air refresher in the room so that it doesn’t smell the humidity air.

About the only good thing is the location to the beach.

No airport shuttle as advertised. Told me to use Grab.No concierge... staff had no recommendations. Strong sewer gas smell in room. I had to place towel over floor drain.1 useable outlet in room. Other outlet was too close to bed to plug in.Staff not very friendly or helpful except gentleman who checked us out.

The people is very kind but the room doesn’t look like the photo. The location is perfect to go to the beach.

When we arrived to the room there was trash in the toilet and when we told to the girl who was cleaning the other rooms she just took it but didn’t clean, it looks old building the elevator is really slow.

The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Right next to the hotel, there’s a small stand where you can buy fresh fruit drinks, do your laundry, and rent a motorbike at very reasonable prices. The restaurant nearby is Papasteak is also good.

I am not sure about the breakfast, but the location of the hotel is prime. Near to the beach. Stay was comfortable. We could see the beach from our hotel room.

The reception area feels too cold (dull). Suggest to improve the first impression.

The hotel is near the beach area. Less noise and pollution.

The airconditioning unit was not that cool. We requested for electric fans in rooms. Only one was provided.

Great location, near My Khe beach, short car ride to Dragon bridge, good walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Hotel reception assisted with car and restaurant bookings

Did not look like the pictures posted. Hotel is much older, rooms show lots of wear and tear, showers are dirty (old water marks all over the glass, looks like it’s never been cleaned), elevators are small, slow, and hot.

This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. The property is very old, the hot water system doesn’t work properly, and the bathroom has a strong unpleasant smell coming from the drains. The towels, blankets, pillows, mattress, and pillowcases are all worn out. The room is not clean. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind much else, it’s just about acceptable.

Stayed from check-in till 10pm due to night flight. Good to spend time for waiting to go to airport and also to have rest in strong air-conditioner working room in this hot day. Strong wifi.

Narrow two elevators in this high story building. Ugly freaks using elevators on swimming clothes only in their wet bare feet from swimming pool to their rooms, and not controlled by any staff.
