Nice big room, amazing location, comfortable bed. 2min walk to the beach (that was the selling point for me).

Smell in the room ( from the bathroom water system I believe) and horrible Wi-Fi (so if you’re working, keep that in mind!).

I booked this hotel last minute as my hotel I planned on staying at had over booked and had no room for me. They let me check in early and we're very nice, even upgraded my room so I had a view. Which was very nice and the room was amazing, beautiful and a very very comfortable queen bed. The cleaning staff was wonderful my room was clean and bed made every day when I got back from my morning beach stroll.

Nothing I did not like at this hotel.

The hotel itself is amazing value for the money, and is located at an extremely well-positioned area that is close to restaurants and the beach. The breakfast is quite decent, nothing too fancy but gets the job done. The staff was especially cooperative and understanding of our dietary restrictions and accommodated us accordingly. Would highly recommend, although the housekeeping services were subpar unfortunately and could definitely improve.

The housekeeping services were lacking and we had to personally request them to change the bedsheets again and again, after multiple days of staying there. We also had to wait an excruciatingly long time for them to check us out, since they could not find a staff member to go and check the room, at the end we were also unfairly charged for a drink that we had allegedly drank from the mini-fridge, which we obviously had not. This was however resolved, and the manager (Lisa, who was very nice and also spoke English better than the other staff), informed us that there had been a misunderstanding and apologized to us as well.

Unfortunately the hotel was under construction when we checked in and we were not notified. The noise was terrible in the morning and woke us early. Thankfully the staff were very helpful and apologetic when we requested to check out early.

Nice staff and clear room.

The room had windows facing the wall, a strong musty smell, and was very damp. Frequent smell of cigarettes from the corridor, smoking is allowed near the elevator. Breakfast at 8 am, there was little in the buffet, everything was mostly fried and a salad with a swarm of flies over it. After one of these, you won't want a second one.

The location was convenient. The manager was very helpful when we had a leak in the bathroom light fixture. They upgraded our room straight away (at 8pm)

The elevator was slow and would randomly stop on floors with no on there.

Location was great and staff is friendly.

Only one elevator works and sometimes not at all, expect to wait up to several minutes for an elevator or be prepared to use the stairs. There are a lot of fruit flies at the breakfast buffet and the layout of food is mediocre compared to other offerings in the area. They allow smokers in the hallway which can be right next to your room. If the smell of smoke bothers you, I would find a different place.

great hotel close to the beach, very friendly staff, room is very clean and cleaned very well daily, bathroom was working with no issues, and the room was large and smelled good! no mould or no construction noise, which is pretty rare in da nang! breakfast was very good too. i stayed 4 nights and then extended 4 extra nights.

one of the two elevators wasn't working while i was there, but it wasn't really a big issue.

Grim hotel

A grim hotel. The hallways reek of cigarette smoke as people freely light up. In the bathroom, tiny worms near the leaking toilet add to the discomfort, while the water drains poorly. The dining area has a foul odor, and the tables are disgustingly dirty. Barely arrived, already eager to leave. Cup was not clean in the room. And don’t expect a good night’s sleep—there’s absolutely no soundproofing, so you’ll be woken up by your neighbors and hallway noise.

Great location, rooms and common floors were clean. Lisa’s customer service as the receptionist was outstanding. I would definitely come back here when I go to Da Nang!

Strong smell of sewer in the bathroom every time we would flush the toilet.

Very clean and modern room, especially the bathroom. A bit tiny though. Bed very comfortable. No, kettle in the room, but just ask and they will give you one.

"City view" was looking in to the concrete of the hotel next door. One meter away. So I would call that "No View"....?And the room size was definitely not above 20 sqr meter....

The “Dubble Room deluxe with Ocean View” is available on Booking.com, I book it! Once I’m there, they say the room is not available & offer me a Room with 2 single beds & a next tower wall window view! Just because I get it for less money, thanks to my genius 3 level! This is not the first time they do it, they did it the first time I stayed there also & I bought it because I was tired! I’ve had the same experience with other hotels in Da Nang!

When I cancelled the booking for free because I tried to be kind & left! The people in the reception laughed at me!
