Everything, the decor is stunning, the free laundry service, and the pleasant aroma of the room upon entering made for a very pleasant experience. Furthermore, the staff were very attentive to my needs as a solo traveler who was feeling unwell during my stay, always asking how I was and offering assistance. Even after checking out, they continued to ensure I arrived safely at my destination. Excellent service and an unforgettable stay ?. I really appreciate that.PS: This hotel is located in a quiet area and local neighborhood compared to their other chain the M Village Hotel Danang Centre, which is located in a busy tourist area. After staying at both hotels, I prefer the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere.I will definitely stay here again if I return to Danang ?

This hotel is truly 5 star--the staff, the service, the interior design, the wonderful rehabilitation of a historic landmark building, the food, the original art everywhere, the flowers--all extremely tasteful. Remarkable design!And it is better than the photos! I had an upper level room across from a charming coffee house on a side street (view included with this review), which I highly recommend. Housekeeping was extremely thorough and discreet, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I stayed for 4 weeks but would love to have stayed longer, and certainly hope to be back.This was a city stay away from the madding crowd of the beach with a lovely library, several charming co-working spaces, delightful lounges, and free laundry!

It is stunning very peaceful inside the hotel staff were amazing and could not do enough to help our stay be fantastic and having the use of washer and dryer was great especially when we are moving around the country and it is humid you don’t want pack sweaty damp clothing.

We did book this in part for the sound proofed rooms as I am a light sleeper and they are quite from noise from the hotel but not from the street we were moved rooms and the staff did everything possible but the window are single glazed and on sliders is on small wheel which means no complete seal our second room was quieter

Friendly staffs were always willing to help me, recommend good local hole in the wall places, and strike up a conversation with customers.Breakfast was exceptional with three course meals (salad, main, dessert)it is a 2floor hotel so comparatively small but it is very cozy and pretty and quite without crowds

I might accidentally turn off hot water but didn’t know how to turn it on ? so I had to have a cold shower but the weather was hot so okay anyway

They would even text you after checking out that day to make sure you arrived next stops safely. What a kindness!Also the breakfast is excellent!Location is close to the airport too.

The hotel is indeed cozy and clean. The rooms were well-maintained.In terms of value for the price, I found it to be very reasonable. The amenities offered were decent, and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious.

It might get noisy early in the morning but it's more of a bike/small business problem that can not be solved by a hotel.

What a wonderful hotel in Da Nang. Very stylish, good quality and quiet at the same time. Close to everything. With nice wine bars and coffee shops close bye. Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Can only recommend it.

Nice hotel with everything you need. There is a laundry. There is breakfast (the food is a bit monotonous if you live for a long time). The best service - the staff tries to solve all the problems that arise.

There is no "do not disturb" sign. For those who like to sleep, this may not be very convenient.

I liked most that I felt very safe and confortable.I also appreciated the contemporary design of the entire hotel, the attention and kindness of the staff, the good location and the overall etiquette.

The hotel staff was amazing during our entire stay. They were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service!

The Breakfast menu was limited and not vegetarian friendly. The second floor laundry area was extremely hot because the AC was not turned on at all.

The staff, the building and the quality of the furnishings are amazing. All of thr staff are attentive, helpful and you can tell they're so invested in the brand. Apart from no hot water on our last morning, everything about the room was superb.

The breakfast is abysmal. Honestly don't even bother, just go out and eat or order a Grab in. It's just a weird concept: a starter, main and bottomless dessert.. the two options are identical, apart from one has beans and one doesn't. Everything was super oily, one rasher of bacon, one sausage, like 7 beans, and some stale bread on the side.Oh, and you're only allowed one coffee.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is just two stories and has no elevators, they helped us with the luggages. Chloe was also trying her best to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Like other hotels with the same price range in Vietnam, the walls and doors are really thin. In our case, we woke up at 7am with some lively local music blasting from the room next door (for almost half an hour).

Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to minimarts, cafés, restaurants, and attractions. The cozy, nature-inspired co-working space was ideal for getting work done, with strong WiFi. Free laundry service was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

The room felt quite small, and the window view was unimpressive. The bed sheet was a bit too hard for my comfort. Overall, I think the hotel is slightly overestimated for its normal price without promotions.

Very kind staff, friendly and efficient. The déco is pretty nice and you feel good at the first minute.

Maybe breakfast that is very good should offer more choice and change more often.

The whole flavor was just what I wanted. A two story building where you walk up one flight of stairs . No elevators. A lovely feeling of being in a beautiful old building. Window was very large and opened and had a screen with no holes. View of the street not the side of a building. Then they had a shared modern working space with lots of plug ins so we could plan our next month comfortably and without feeling like you were holding a restaurant space for too long. And the best of all, free washer and dryer and laundry detergent. I got to do my own laundry in small loads. Breakfast served in 3 courses with lots of choice, both Western and Vietnamese. The staff super friendly and helpful. Google translate helps for more complicated questions.

We adored our stay here, the modern/newness of all the facilities paired with this sense of calmness and tranquility throughout the communal areas. I can’t explain it fully you have to experience it but I would happily live here it feels very residential. There’s a reading room a huge laundry room and just lovely seating areas everywhere.The breakfast was fantastic the set up, the choices! We continued to have pancakes as they were so good!! The best we have had. Ann was excellent she was attentive and remembered our preferences for the next day! Unexpected & appreciated. We stayed in room 106 and it was a great size, so comfortable the aircon worked great, the bed is huge and pillows/sheets so soft and excellent quality. I also need to acknowledge how supportive the front desk was in helping us print important documents we really appreciated this!

There was noise from outside we worked out it started quite late on so it was the building with the red lanterns outside, where bikes were pulling up after midnight and soundproofing on the windows is not the best. I put some tissue in a gap I could see in the window and I felt this muffled it a bit more so we slept better the second night and the premise over the road was also less busy. The shower- I am a person who loves a hot hot shower and it starts off fantastic but you need to move quickly as it starts to go less hot to warm to Luke warm. This was the case in the morning and evening as we thought we perhaps had left it too late to shower and that was why. Despite sleep and hot water being two core parts of a good stay the comfortability and peace we felt here means we would come back again to experience this and we would still choose this hotel over others in Da Nang.

The breakfast was good quality, maybe it will not be for everyone as you get the choice between a few dishes which are served at the table. Great if you stay 1 or 2 nights, maybe a bit repetitive when you stay for a longer period.Soundproofing of the rooms was not great: slamming of the doors, noise/music from the streets was very annoying.Washer/dryer: guests should respect the timeframe to use the machines (so not at night)

Hot water ran out super quick (less than 5 mins for 1 person showering). The staff said this is due to the building being over 100 years old with a small capacity hot water tank???The staff opened the door by mistake but did not knock before entering.I could hear vacuuming from inside my room at 1030pm.

The hotel is newly renovated, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Great attention has been given to ensuring the guests' convenience. It features a washing machine and dryer, which are available for free use. There is also a spacious area for both work and relaxation. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the internet speed is fast. The staff are professional and attentive. We are glad to have found this wonderful small hotel!
