I like how clean the room is my bed capsule is spacious I love it they have a pool and they have shower gel and shampoo

The location is a bit noisy because of ongoing construction nearby. However, the room is clean and well-kept, the bathroom is spotless, making it comfortable to rest. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for value for money.

It was a bit inconvenient because of the road construction, but the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the bed was clean. I only stayed one night while waiting to go to the airport, and overall it was a good experience.

the toilet has transperant door but don't have the curtain, which cause inconvenience.

Everything was okay, just some old dust on the ceiling fan , that probably because it was very high and had to reach for.

Road Construction right in front of the hotel. Dust everywhere; inside out. Poor ventilation inside guest room. Very Poor Air quality. Linen barely covering the mattress. Unkept bed. Stale odor. No clock and was not working. I told the desk clerk, but he did absolutely nothing. Worst experience ever. Booking.Pcom advertise beautiful luxurious hotels. When I arrive at these hotels, they are pretty bad..

Nothing. Worst condition possible. Surroundings outside were muddy and dusty. No AC. Non accommodating staff members. No phone. No clock. A Broken TV. Smelly guest room

Amazing location and best price. Great staff and I like the guests too as they are respectful and not the usual party people. I stayed long time and will come again. Loving their pool as well! Best value hostel by far

Avoid at all costs

Horrible experience. The hotel seemed abandoned. The bedroom was old, very dirty and not cared for. Windows didn’t fully close so bugs and mosquitoes would get inside. In the morning the staff was taking beds apart and moving them outside the bedrooms and made ridiculous amounts of noise very early in the morning.

Near in Da Nang City and accessible place on every tourist attractions. The staffs, especially the receptionist are very sweet, respectful and kind. I love them so much, sending kisses and hugs.

Some door locks aren’t functioning.

Facilities and room are really clean. Staff (Thảo) was very helpful in checking in and in booking a taxi from the airport and a bus to Huế.Good location to visit both museums

Was expecting more from this hotel but the facilities were pretty badly maintained, and the beds were hard. People were nice, I guess for the money it’s ok but I would have chosen another hotel

big hotel with enough comfortable spaces, in the center, near to riverside walking... i liked being here...drinking cold and hot water, microwave and kettle, hot shower, regular cleaning...

The beds are comfortable. The pool is great. The view is excellent. The staff on the first floor are total professionals. Check in is easy. Fast Internet. Location is close to many local places to eat. There are tables to work on, same floor as the pool. Water cooler, boiler for making tea. The price is very competitive.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but the restaurant was never open. The bathroom was not attended to. No toilet paper for most days. The staff didn't clean our floor with the frequency that a hostel requires. This is really a hotel that has given a floor to about 45 backpackers, but is cleaned with the same frequency of the floors with 10 guests in individual rooms. There water and mud around the floor. The doors don't fully close, which results in noise from guests in the hallway who are talking late at night from keeping the people in up awake.

Although this hotel is only about 20 minutes walk from Dragon Bridge and south end of the "tourist" zone on the "mainland" side of the Han River, it is in a very working class neighborhood.The hotel itself is OK but is very much a "backpacker " type place. Once you walk up to the main road, the area becomes more "tourist" and there is a Highlands Coffee at the intersection. We relocated after two days to be in the tourist area of the Han riverfront. If price is the main consideration, this is a good value.

The mattresses are not comfortable and are tatami. The room had humidity problems that were not great for the laundry. And prefer a lundry for your laundry, just a word of advice.

The communal areas are never washed, I stayed for three days, I never saw anyone cleaning the tables, chairs or even the floors, the people's showers were there, I didn't see these people washing water everywhere all the time, it's a pain, there's a lack of storage in the rooms.

Rating this as bed in the dorm.Place actually has hostel price and hotel amenities . For this it's actually quite amazing. plenty of common areas, places to sit/work city view and even a rooftop pool.Its not mouldy ( which is a problem in many places)Dorm beds themselves are quite good as well. With curtains, extra pillow and night light

However you can see that maintenance at some places is spotty and it seen better days. Some things broken and poorly functioningFor the price I can't complain, but it's definitely not " luxury"

The hotel is not brand new but for value it was good (with my Booking.com loyalty perks I got under US$14/night).Staff helped me in the middle of the night get back to the airport to recover property I left on the plane!! So helpful, saved my life. Laundry service fast and cheap.Local neighborhood great! Busy busy, heart of the city, watch out for the scooters but find the back alleys for dollar-coffee and two-dollar-dinners!

The bathroom sinks weren't compatible with the faucets. Dunno which was changed in the last remodel but wasn't thought through! Still worked well enough, good water pressure and temperature.
