Best hotel service I¿ve ever had and far beyond the manual. Just felt very welcome

The staff especially Miss Anh and Miss Thu were very approachable and nice to us. They made sure that our stay was comfortable.

The stay was overall okay, except for a minor thing which was the telephone. They are currently having it fixed.

Nice hotel on Tran Hung Dao Street with a beautiful river-side location. The renovated interior looks modern and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and flexible with early check-in. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The hotel looks much nicer after the renovation. My room was bright, tidy, and well-maintained. The bathroom felt brand-new. Staff were easy to communicate with.

The hotel is a nice location there is a mall nearby with Supermarket. The bathroom was nice and the room I got a bit bigger than others.

The wifi at times in the morning would go off for 30 minutes or so. The room looks better in the pictures than in real life. The place is under renovations at some floors so the elevator has dust.

A cozy hotel by the Han River with an amazing central location. Easy access to Dragon Bridge, Han Market, and many local attractions. Clean rooms, good facilities, and welcoming service.

The location was great for the DIFF.

There was no view of the Han River from our room and tickets to the roof were sold out. We had to join the crowds along the river. We booked a room listed with 2 queen sized beds and received a room with a single bed. Their only option was to provide us with a rollaway bed that was so uncomfortable.There were no complimentary bottled waters or coffee/tea as we had in all other hotels we stayed at. The room and overall hotel are dated and cabinets smelled damp/musty.

For 20 dollars it is okayTwo big beds, clean shits. Wifi, bit slow and we used our internet from the phone. Nice view from the windows

Smell. It was smth as a cockroach repellent so we slept with opened windows. Mold on the sink. The hole on the glass in the shower & water was on the floor in the bathroom. Slowest wifi signal

This is a great place to stay if you live alone and don't care too much about everything being perfect. Also, you definitely need your own transport. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite and it was comfortable - plenty of space, windows overlook a quiet area. There is a shopping center nearby.

The hotel is very old and they don't want to repair it. My bidet was broken, there were holes in the parquet. The furniture is old, the floor creaks very loudly, there are holes in the walls where the distribution sockets used to be. The kitchen is useless - there are few dishes, the kettle is in terrible condition. There are ants here. There are few establishments around, the park opposite looks abandoned. The neighboring building is a computer club, I often saw drunk young people near the entrance to the hotel at night. You can't go anywhere on foot from here - on one side there is a road junction, on the other there is nothing interesting. There are no cheap restaurants or cafes nearby.

Some Electrical sockets not working, hair blower and kettle not working, has bathtub but no shower hose, they only provide bidet to use as shower hose so it cannot be use because we cannot adjust the temperature of the water. Kitchen utensils not complete, we are 6 people but they provide only 3 plates, 2 glasses, pan has no cover. And they only provide 4 towels

Near the dragon bridge and night market. Room was good for a 1 night stay, price was also reasonable.

The people who works there are nice and polite.It's have only good view to Han river and city center.

The pictures are not same as in Booking.com. No sound proof ,very noisy street with traffic so it's not ideal for those who are looking the quite side of Da Nang. It's an old building that most of the toilet facilities, tv in the room don't function normally. Their cleaning time is confusing they do it after lunch time which is as hot weather that the time you need to be inside.

Location is good

It’s small, dirty, uncomfortable. They said that it has 4 restrooms but actually it has only 1 for the family room with 4 bedrooms. Do you believe that? Only ONE restroom for FOUR bedrooms.

The staff were great and the air-conditioning was good plus great location.

The hotel is very run down and needs a total renovation .
