The staff was excellent. We arrived with a miscommunication in the booking. The staff was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. We loved the idea of 24-hour check-in and free laundry, although we didn't use it.

The booking description didn't match my expectations. The breakfast pho was excellent, but the rest of the breakfast items were lacking.

The location is perfect for first timers to Danang as it is in the middle of the crowds, shops, cafes and souvenir shops, and you can easily walk around exploring everything.

It is difficult to lift a suitcase in the middle of a really busy street and you have to cross the road because the cars are going one way on that street.

The waterproof was not good, and the drainage had blockage problem.

We had a lovely stay at M Village Hotel. The design is thoughtful and modern, with great attention to detail. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the view from our room was exceptional — truly one of the highlights of our trip.

If there’s one thing I wish could be improved, it’s having staff available to help with luggage, especially for families traveling with a baby like us. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d love to return.

Very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Free laundry is great, nice pool table, and drinking water dispenser.

The air conditioner fan was too strong even on lowest setting. Blows right on your face at night, and the temperature cannot be controlled. No difference between setting it at 18c vs 23c.

The location is absolutely amazing — just a 2-minute walk to the Pink Church. On top of that, the hotel offers great value for money.What impressed me the most was the free washing machines and dryers — something you rarely see in other hotels.It allowed us to clean our smelly clothes from the night out at the club — super convenient!Next time I visit Da Nang, I’ll definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with our room. We had a lovely 'L' shaped room with big windows overlooking the river and the 'Dragon Bridge'. The bed was extremely comfortable and we also had a small sofa.Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool table area was nice, and it is great to have a good coffee shop downstairs.There are plenty of restaurants locally. Plus we found a really good bar on the river road.The laundry facilities are great, but we didn't need to use them.On the basis of other reviews, we didn't book the breakfast option.....take a morning walk to see all the locals in the coffee shops!

The hotel lost a point for 'Location' because the river/city view side of the hotel is next to some clubs that play loud music until late in to the night. We thought this would bother us, but in the end, we still slept well. I think the comfort of the beds made up for the music volume!Its a shame so many reviews said the breakfast was poor. We booked with no breakfast as a result.The coffee shop needs better menus displayed for the drinks options.

I was told I was upgraded. Had no view & looked at scungy wall of another building. Need to be on higher floors.

Nice place to stay but.........

Next to my room, in another old building, we got woken up at 4.30 AM by someone who was demolishing a wall with a hammer! A nightmare! So I stayed only one night. But the good news is that they moved me to another Hotel called "Signature by M Village Đà Nẵng Heritage" , with an upgraded room for the same price. The hotel is super friendly, beautiful, and very quiet, and a great breakfast..

I recently stayed at this new hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Han River, with Han Market only two minutes away, and directly opposite the famous pink cathedral. This made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the local area.The staff were outstanding especially Sirris —friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming place to stay!

Location is great,

however the noise from 2 bars next to it can be annoyed. They didn’t clean the room, they only made the bed and didn’t bother to change new towels, the floor was dirty

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed, nice shower, nice common area too, lots of places nearby to eat and buy stuff. Short cab ride from the beach too

Location was good. Very walkable. Easy to navigate . The big lobby/ work space is great. The Cafe Indigo in lobby is great. The self access laundry is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed my EVISA for Cambodia printed and they were very happy to take care of this.

The location is great (right opposite to Tân Định Catholic Church). Even though the outer building looks a bit old, the room itself is well furnished and seems newly renovated (perfectly painted without scratch, all bathroom accessories are very new).We had City View room at 4/F. The staff friendly reminded us that there could be noise at night due to the night bar at the next street. Probably it was rainy night, we were not bothered by the noise at all.The breakfast buffet is good. We enjoyed the city view during breakfast. :)

Having the hotel attached to the cafe downstairs was super convenient. It’s a very relaxing area to enjoy a cup of coffee, and to conduct some remote work. M Village Hotel in central Da Nang is a modern hotel located in a convenient part of the city. It’s located within walking distance to some iconic attractions, like the Dragon Bridge, & it is directly located across from the beautiful Da Nang Cathedral. There is also quite the selection of enjoyable restaurant & food options to choose from in the area as well. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially compared to staying at a few other hotels in the area!

Nothing much?

It is a nice place to stay in Da Nang if you are looking for a central location. Close to pretty much everything, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The cafe on the first floor has good coffee and the staff were very helpful. Wifi is also good.

There is a club right next door that is pretty loud until late. I had to change rooms twice because it was pretty loud. You can literally hear the sound of the music and feel the bass vibrating.

Location is amazing. Close to many restaurants. But the main part is the view to the pink church from the hotel. It's beautiful, especially at night. I'd recommend booking a room that's facing the church directly.

Excellent staff on the front desk. Friendly, helpful, responsive. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Big shower with lots of hot water. Free use of laundry facilities is very handy. Walking distance to the Drsgon Bridge, markets, and other conveniences.
