Dam Tien Hotel

The location is less than five minutes walking and you are at the beach. There are many restaurants and even several gyms nearby.

You cannot complain for the price. If you want a perfect place you will have to pay five times more. This is an excellent value for the price.

sound insulation is good enough but it's not so perfect to prevent the noise of the children staying next door.but the security guy came and actively solved the issue :)

The room was spacious and the personal was very helpful. The sea is close. In this price range definitely recommended.

The only problem is that there is no lockbox in the room. But there are security cameras in the corridor.

The room is not like the photos. There is no balcony - fine. But the window directly faces a wall outside. Very small gap between window and outside wall, so the room was always dark. No natural light at all. If natural light is important to you (it is to me), then i suggest you don't stay here. Only a few rooms have balcony and they are offered only to selected guests. The room was clean and the staff were lovely, but it is not okay to advertise using pictures of a brightly lit balcony room and then give a room without a proper window.

No balcony, no outside facing window. There is a window but it directly faces the wall. The room is super dark even during day time. Its very unfair to charge the same rate for room with huge balcony and this kind of prison-like room.

It was only a few minutes walk from the beach, and there was a shop next door. There is an elevator, a TV, a wardrobe and some toiletries. For the cost of the hotel, I was happy with it.There was no stated closing or opening time. I had to wake up the worker to leave at 2am for the marathon as the doors were locked. The window in the bathroom didn’t lock. The shower head was grimy and the shower head holder was unstable.Overall, it was a good hotel considering how much it cost.

The receptionist was really welcoming and always welcomed me with a lovely smile. The hotel is in a good location, the banh mi people outside were fun. Lots of shops,Tokyo beer and BBQ across the street and an excellent Indian restaurant amongst a bunch of others Quick access to the beach.

Looked sweet f a like the picture, the bathroom window wouldn't lock so I tied it shut with a shoelace, a rusty old kettle that needed swapping. Aside from that? No worries.

Pros:Great location – Close to everything, making it convenient for exploring.Spacious room – Comfortable size for two people.Balcony – A nice addition for fresh air and relaxation.

Cons:Cleaning needs improvement – Found hair on the floor, in the bathroom, and even in the bedsheets.Dusty surfaces – Dust on the picture frame, bedside table, and phone. The fan is extremely dirty, making it unusable.Mold issues – Not just in the bathroom, but even on the glass of the picture on the wall. The shower door clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.If the hotel improves its cleaning standards, it could be a great place to stay. For now, it's suitable for a short stay but not ideal for longer visits.

A lovely spacious room. The bed was rock solid but we actually had some of the best nights sleep here. Hot water, very clean bathroom. Lovely stay here. It’s very close to the beach and a wide variety of restaurants close by.

We had a non-smoking room which had no signs of people smoking in it, but the room next to us had an adjoining balcony so when they smoked, it filtered into our room and smelled.

Spacious room with high celing, great location just steps from the beach, bars and restaurants.

No mat in the bathroom, no cups for making coffee. The snacks and drinks provided are charged extra.

You see, smokers' smoke comes from the ventilation into the toilet and into the room. There is no window. The entrance lock is jammed.

Location is very great. It spend 1 minutes to walk the beach. The staffs are friendly and kind, they help me book a daily tour to visit Banahill, book grab car and anything what I need to help. I will comeback Danang in the next month and I still stay this hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of days, and everything went fine. Nice people at the reception, the room was clear and silent, and the location is convenient to go around the town or go to the beach.

Good

Not all rooms are equal. We asked to move rooms because the one we were given was badly lit (lights weren't working properly). The second room we had to change right away again as there was a massive spider in the bathroom and no one was able to remove it. Thankfully the 3rd room was fine.

Clean rooms, possible to rent a motorbike, nice coffeestand nearby - we had an incredible discount on the price which made it really good quality for what we paid

Excellent location if you want to use the quieter part of the beach, literally 200m away. The balcony is good for hanging out, and the room was large and spacious and very clean. Front desk were always friendly day and night, and arranging laundry with them was simple and fast (25k per kilo). All in all, fantastic value (if you get the reduced room rates) for staying in this part of Danang.

The only two things to comment on negatively are the wall sockets (most of which won't accept standard Vietnamese plugs very easily) and the unprotected open WiFi used throughout the hotel and into the street outside. Sensitive people may get bothered by the traffic on the nearby intersection, which can be loud (as is usual in Vietnam).
