Good location to beach and tourist spots. Room was good. Nice beds and bathrooms. Quiet. Pool was a little cold. Breakfast was good and mix of Western and Vietnamese.

Great location in perfect walking distance to everything

We loved everything about this place, cleanliness, location, location, location but the best part was the staff. Special thanks to Hien, Kim chi, and Hiep. So helpful and accommodating! The morning breakfast crew is nothing short of fantastic, excellent service with cheerful smiles every morning to start our day.

The property is close to the beach area. Breakfast was good. They gave me a free room upgrade which was nice. I tried the massage and it was amazing.

Location was good, reception staff were friendly.

I made a complaint regarding one of the workers, I was parking my scooter (this was on day 5 of my trip) majority of the staff knew who I was and would greet me with a good morning. But this one particular worker started being very rude and yelling at me for no reason. I went straight to the front reception to make a complaint, but nothing was done. I was very disappointed with the response. I pointed the worker out to 3 people at the reception counter explaining his actions.

It was at the center of the Expat/tourist area which is convenient.

The rooms are old. The sheets are old and had molds. We had to request for new sheets. The TV didn’t work. We tried watching a movie and it kept freezing so we gave up.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very mediocre. Didn't feel like a hotel, more like serviced apartment. Pool is tiny and doesn't really look like the photos. It is on the 3rd floor next to breakfast room and not roof top. The area downstairs on ground level was good for drinks and you could watch the world or people go by.

The bed was disgusting. Dirty sheets and I got bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting. My entire face and neck was full or bites which were painful and itchy. I took medication to help but it really ruined our holiday as I felt concious of people looking at my face. I complained very politely and was offered a coffee voucher. I politely declined. They then offered me spa vouchers which I also declined...if I got bed bugs from my bedroom beg there was no way I would trust the spa!!! The GM went into hiding and did not make any effort to talk to me about my experience. They did change the sheets but not the mattress or the pillows. DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE. AWFUL HOTEL.

Unlike many other hotels, there is no mold, no mold smell, no cockroaches, no mosquitoes, no noise from next room. Also they have quality toiletries. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options for almost every taste. And I love staff’s approach to guests which is kind and with a smiling face ?They are very good at their job. They were quick to respond whenever I needed help. The location is the best!

Great place to stay unless music noise bothers you. The buffet breakfast has good variety. Close to beach and lots of convenience stores, great food and of course massages. The pool isn’t huge but my children enjoyed it.

There was loud music every night until just after 10pm from somewhere nearby. Some rooms were better than others.

The staff is very serviceable and friendly. The location is great, breakfasts were enjoyable and viewing the sea from the room was also a nice plus. The cafe downstairs is a great spot to hangout and work.

During my stay, I got stuck in the elevator, without any network and the emergency button was not working. It was quite a bad experience, and hopefully I had some friends staying in the same hotel who could help me. I was given two vouchers for free coffee as a compensation which I think is quite ridiculous for how grave the situation was.

The location is handy

Linens are not upto standard, bathroom supplies aren't sufficient, complimentary supplies like coffee etc. weren’t sufficient for two people such as 2 coffee and 1 tea bag.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

We lived in a tourist area, a couple of steps and a lot of different cafes, we had breakfast, it was very very tasty, I recommend breakfast! You can have soup, you can have omelets, fruits, etc.! At first, everything was great, until the neighbors started making noise late at night and early in the morning, as there are more than 10 rooms in the corridor and the doors squeak when the key is incorrectly attached, it is very audible! Of course, this is to treat tourists who do not respect others, the last 2 days have been terrible in this regard! The facilities, staff and daily cleaning are great! I would like to live higher in the future!

What's amazing hotel? the first impression is front desk staffs very friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful holiday in Danang, Buffet breakfast was amazing, there is a lot of delicious foods for you enjoy, every things perfect and staffs as well. Thank you so much, we,ll be back.
