Perfect Long Stay Hotel Da Nang Beach

Nothing was good

They cancelled our 4 night booking at the last minute and sold the rooms at a higher price to other travellers. They did let us stay for 2 nights and asked us to look for other hotels which we couldnt get cause of some festival going on. We have to go to Hoi An and stay the remaining 2 nights cause if this property. Our whole itinerary went for a toss. Wasted time and money in booking last minute hotel and also traveling to Hoi An. Too many guests faced this issue. Never book with them. They have renamed and listed in booking.com as Adina 3 Star Hotel now.

The receptionist was pretty rude and unfriendly. The breakfast is veery simple, so dont book it because of it.

At the second morning I found a mouse in my bathroom. So the stuff of hotel removed it (don't know how). The hotel has the rule of late checkout 100000vnd for every hour (I was late for 34 minutes but they took me all hour) and It was the first hotel (I've stayed in more than 100 hotels) in my life which required me to pay for 30 minutes!!! No declared prices of minibar: noodle in the room costs 20000vnd each Breakfast end time is too early (till 9a.m.) Internet connection on the 6th floor is really unstable There are no places to work remotely with laptop (uncomfortable chairs) Huge layer of dust under the bed. It seems nobody has cleaned it during the last 6 months

The facilities are very old, breakfast is so poor. The receptionists're always sitting down while seeing the guests, not friendly. This is the first time I have seen the front office staff didn't stand when they talk to guests. We booked double room but arranged the 2-bed room, but changed room in the second night. The staff asked to cancel booking due to the system error while theres no error from us when we check-in. Also, taking time so long to do the check-in while there is not much guest.

Nice room with private bathroom (hot water), coffee and tee for free. Asian style breakfast was included.

We get at first one room, that was not cleaned. We had to ask for another one. It was quite far from the beach and from the city center too.

Close to tourist attractions and the airport, making it easy to travel.

Informed that check-in was at 2:00 p.m. Arrived early and walked outside and returned around 2:15 p.m. Informed that he could not be accommodated because it was not completed yet, wait 15 minutes. said to wait again, in conclusion, checked in around 3:30 p.m., but collected the full amount of the room without any discount

First room ceiling leaked dirty water beds the sheets don't fit just pushed together at that not that clean either staff were not that helpful then trued to charge for mini bar and snacks which I hadn't used balcony is just a hole in side of room beach is about a mile walk not beachfront at all

Reception man burglared into my room and took the key. Could say I should be given all the money back because without key there was no light, no air-condition, no TV, couldn't charge my phone, couldn't leave the room because didn't have key and no working fridge/minibar. I'm type 1 diabetic and contacted to booking.com. They just answered that will answer within 24h. I tried to explain that without medication I can die because insulin is important to me.

Located almost 4 kms from Airport, took a grab to hotel. It's 14 storied ed hotel with fantastic city view. Breakfast is also good, but it could be improved.

Good breakfast, mainly Asian options but plenty so everyone can choose something.Spacious and clean room, 10min to the beach.

Beautiful room with a great selection for breakfast. The staff were very lovely and helped us with what we needed.

Nice place, quite cheap. Comfortable bed, electric kettle with tea available, free breakfast (but I don't recommend it). Location is not far from the beach nor from the center.

The room was kind of cold and I had to ask for an extra blanket (the air conditioning was only in cold mode). Breakfast was Asian style so there was no coffee or tea or anything European, keep that in mind if you're expecting an international buffet. There was a tub in the room but not enough hot water to take a bath.

Firstly the hotel guy was asking two times for the pick up service than Grab. Bedsheets were torn. Floor wasn't clean, the room was very smelly. (They fixed it when I asked them) but my first experience while entering the room was awful. Hot water wasn't sufficient. You have to wait for 15 mins when you use the water. The telephone was not working. Each time I have to go down from the 7th floor to reception for requests. I asked for 2 beds. But i got two beds joinned. Which was very uncomfortable to sleep

I write this in order to improve lately not to ruin your reputation . I worked as a hotel manager before and this is not at all even 3 star hotel. I don't know what was this but I was very exhausted. They cancelled my stay within an hour of my arrival. I had to book again at least for the next as I was tired and didn't have time to check another hotel. When got to the hotel receptionist told me there is no available room ( lol they cancelled my stay an hour ago so I assume there had to have prepared it right ? I arrived at 8 AM morning time. I insisted to give me a room as I was tired and needed a shower.Lady gave me a room ( for extra charge ) but she didn't even ask to prepare it for me. It would have taken maybe 20 minutes to clean. The room was dirty as never. All around black hairs, bathroom was disgusting. All floor been sticky and dirty, but I was so tired, I didn't want to argue but just to have a shower and sleep. facilities were too old, cups even were dirty. After 2 hours the lady came to my room knocking as I had to pay for the room. Sorry Mrs but that is rude. The customer will come snd pay for sure at least in the end she will pay definitely while checking out nobody will run away. People book hotels instead of apartments in order to get a SERVICE not someone to disturb them right ? I told I had a long flight... AnywayI can understand people not speaking English, even tho, I do believe stuff working in a hotel has to know wt least basic language to communicate simply. I dont say perfect knowledge is required but at least to keep communication. After hours I told in the reception that my room was dirty, and she said " yes" Whattttt ???? So you KNEW you are giving a dirty room ... to a customer ? ? ? Wow I was upset but said ok maybe they will clean when I come back as I requested to clean it, instead they changed the towels but the room was smelly and dirty when I came back.
