Awaken Da Nang Hotel

Good location, comfortable room, very nice and professional staff we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view if the beach, sea and esplinade. Very comfy beds. TV set up was good. The family room set up was the best i've seen. 1st security door opens up to a small corridoor, you can leave your shoes here, then were 2 separate rooms each with their own security accessed door. You could just leave the 1st entry closed and have the other doors open acess between rooms, or close them all for more privacy. The top floor restarant is awsome, open air or inside, with 290deg views of Da Nang. The food was great and reasonable priced. The wait staff were very nice and funny. The inc buffet breakfast was awsome.

Interconnecting air con system, on our morning of check out, cigarette smoke was comming into our room from air con vents. Must have come from a smoking room.

Hotel had friendly staff to help with my luggages

Extended my stay. The housekeepers didn't clean my room. The air conditioner wasn't working or was too weak in my original room before I was offered another room. As a 5 star hotel, I expected more. There wasn't lotion offered to guests. In reality, its on par with the holiday inn express in other countries so its comparable to a 3 star hotel.

Lily at relation was wonderful (think was Lily-spoke clear English)Thu Thai - restaurant manager & Cong Phat-Food - beverage manager were very helpful and pleasant to talk to each morning at breakfast. Hman (think that’s name) -restaurant manager on top level. Was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful views and meals at restaurant and breakfast.Pool is lovely looking over to the ocean

Location of Awaken hotel is extremely beautiful. We stayed at 13th floor. We had an amazing view to the sea from balcony.. Taxi or tour arrangements are available to all main tourist sites like Bana Hills , Ho Ain, Marble rock etc. Staff were very cooperative and nice. We enjoyed breakfast very well. I will recommend this hotel for the stay.

Location, Staff and Breakfast

The hotel is in a really great location, right across from a beautiful beach. It’s a little bit away from the busy tourist beaches, but still only a short walk to them, which makes it perfect for both relaxation and convenience. The hotel is only about two years old, so everything feels modern, fresh, and very well maintained.The restaurant is located on the rooftop and has amazing views of the ocean and Lady Buddha — absolutely stunning! The food is also excellent.

Breakfast was good, although for my liking it could have had a bit more variety but it was still good.

It’s Modern and pretty new.

The hall ways echo and you can hear people in front of your doors due to no carpet and all tiles.

The Airconditioning was not the best even though we set it at really low at night we would wake up very hot in the middle of night.

I booked the room with ocean view and to be honest although it doesn’t have a balcony like other hotels around but the view was better from this property. The room was bigger than radison that we stayed before and I liked this hotel more than radison

First and foremost, this is my second booking of Awaken Hotel. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s commitment to their 5 star exquisite service. If you can book a high floor with sea view. Nothing like waking up at sunrise with the sun rising and seeing the waves lapping onto the shore. Impressive. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was not only a guest, but part of a larger FAMILY. As an acknowledgement of merit, a HUGE shout out to the following employees:*Mr. Ricky (Hotel Manager)*Thu Thao ( Restaurant Manager-soon to welcome her second son)*Tien Dinh (Pool Bartender/Lobby Cafe/Breakfast Attendant ---some of the employees have multiple roles. Why would you stay anywhere else? The hotel is a 20 minute ride from the airport, directly at the quiet end of the beach. The breakfast buffet is more like breakfast, lunch, and dinner all rolled into one. The price is well worth it if you are a big eater in the am. Many restaurants nearby. Small grocery store across the street. If you want high-end quality desserts, coffee, and eats, you MUST try a bakery called LAPIN, a short 6 minute motorcycle ride away. A short taxi/GRAB motorcycle ride from the Dragon Bridge and city center of Danang.WOW!!! WOW!!! and WOW!!!

I did at first, then come to find.. torn sheets on the bed, cleaning lady waking me up 1:00am in the morning. Then found black trash in the breakfast in the milk

We really liked Awaken - the service was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and we particularly enjoyed the food in the restaurant. It was raining during our stay, so we visited the spa, gym and pool too - all of which was great.

Everyone was so pleasant, helpful, and exuburant about their job. I want to specifically mention two staff members: the woman who is pregnant in the restaurant and the bartender - Tien D.

The hotel location was great! It was close to the beach and had a convenience store right in front of the hotel. The staff were great! They were all accommodating especially their reception and their manager Ricky. The only downside is that some facilities weren’t working. The Jacuzzi and sauna were under repair. For a five star hotel rating, they had no complimentary conditioner and lotion. All things considered, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding — every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Even the salt coconut coffee was amazing! This hotel truly delivers luxury and comfort in every detail. Can’t wait to return
