CENTRAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Great location close to the dragon bridge and many shops, restaurants and big markets. Big room with comfortable beds and pillows. Table and chairs to have coffee at, big windows and reasonably quiet from the traffic. Hotel is on the street. Very pleasant receptionist.

No English spoken but front staff had Google Translate. Front door should be closed when staff is not present.

Hot water ran out after 5 minutes. Bed was too firm.

It's close to the dragon bridge, so convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby, including international cuisines. Hotel is very modern. The room was large. It's nice to have a fridge.

There is a stove top, but no pot or pan to do anything with. Bed is extremely firm.

The location (near to Dragon Bridge and Son Tra Night Market), the staff (very friendly), the fridge, the room size (so spacious!), the view, the natural lighting, the bidet, the shower pressure, everything!! Really worth for money.

Nothing. I only didn't like because I needed to check-out from this very comfortable room. I will come back.

There is no elevator and our room is on the 3rd floor.

Our experience was very nice. The location is great and the rooms are clean. The guy working at the front desk, I think his name is Tu, was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. We will happily stay here again when we return to Danang!

Location perfect for visiting museum and temple within five minutes walk. Room was huge a family of four could have easily stayed here comfortably. Staff very helpful in arranging Grab scooter in town and also Grab to airport. Excellent value. No breakfast included.

Only downfall is no elevator for people. There is an elevator for luggage. But if you have issues with stairs ask for lower level floor.

The location was nice, with nice food and provision shops within 2-3 mins of walking.The room was big enough for a family of 4 plus 3 large luggage.

The hot water was inconsistent,at times very hot and at times got colder. If the last one in the family goes into shower..the hot water was limited.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Dragon Bridge and the Night Market, which made exploring the area super convenient. Highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, dragon bridge and boardwalk, and not far from the beach. The staff were wonderful and friendly.

Location is good. It's near to the dragon bridge and also close to amenities. Room is comfortable although there's no view other than a small window to see across to the adjacent building. Bathroom conditions are great - well provided toiletries and good hot shower.

Perhaps it's a coincidence but both check-in and check-out there was nobody at the reception. But the key was placed at the front counter when I arrived. TV channels could not be scanned, and the fridge is not 24/7 - it switches off when the room card is removed.

There is no lifts in this hotel.They don't provide breakfast.The receipt I received came with printed on both sides with different names, dates and amount.

Central Boutique was just that, very central to Dragon Bridge and a short walk over the bridge to Markets and some night life, Cruise ship dining at The View.Great experiences, adequate facility, clean but not fancy. Would book here again, great value. Easy access to bank, and bank even allowed us to enter and helped us use ATM though it was after hours. Very safe.

I was a bit disorientated at first and thought we were further away from Dragon Bridge than anticipated, but just looked a 45 degree angle rather that straight across the road. The pleasant walk across the park to the bridge.A taxi ride to beach so if you want more time at the beach then consider somewhere closer.

Everything was perfect.The staff were so friendly and helpful. They also assisted us with the reservation of the night bus.The apartment was spotless, and the position outstanding, so close to the Dragon Bridge.Value for money: the best EVER.

The male receptionist welcomed us excellently, even though he did not understand English. He made every effort to provide service and try to guide us. I could see it through his body language that he was trying to communicate with us. He also informed us that the room would be available around noon and allowed us to check in before the scheduled time without any additional charges. From what I observed, he handled everything at the hotel alone, performing the duties of a receptionist, cleaner, and more. He was very cheerful, which made us feel warm and comfortable during our stay

No lifts.

Renovated small hotel. No elevator for humans but luggages have their own. Located on town area. About two kilometers to the beach. Town area has better services and better atmosphere. Shower works well. You can get burning hot water. Our room was on the street side. Very busy road under the window but sound insulation was rather good. Sleeping was possible, although traffic could be heard clearly. I think there are rooms facing to the backyard also. Beds were rather hard but ok.

We had bigger room for three people. Two double beds. We reserved "Lake view" room but got "street view" room. There is no rooms with a "lake view" at all. For three people room has only two glasses and towels for two people. We got more towels. Big fridge. Small kitchenette but no pans, kettels or nothing. So it is useless.

Very nice spacious and modern room and bathroom!
