Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang

The location of the hotel provided phenomenal views of My Khe Beach and the city. It was also in close proximity to several attractions and mini marts, which would be perfect for first-time travellers. The room was generally clean and felt comfortable to stay in. Hotel staff were helpful in assisting all our requests, and the environment of the neighbourhood felt calm and quiet to be in!

Breakfast was great with a lot of choices to choose from.

The pull down blind in the shower stall had some stains on it so it would be nice if that can be removed. The hot water took a bit longer to heat up.

The air ventilation fan made constant annoying humming noise in the room that difficult to sleep at night. The hotel should allow customers to open the window for fresh air .

The staff were professional, friendly and wonderful to talk to.

Only stayed one night so didn't really have anything negative to say.

The room was of decent size and clean. The bed was of good size and comfort. Check in and check out steps were good. The self serve laundromat was nice . Wifi was fast.

.The white rice was hard and of low quality. There were enough varieties of local food dishes at breakfast buffet , but their quality was below average. The bathroom fan made constant humming noise ,but it could not be turn off for the king size room with window can't be open according to the staff. The room's air ventilation was not good for this type of room.

1. The smell when we first entered the breakfast location was not pleasing. Less choice of food if we are talking about Hilton’s service. 2. Would be good if the hotel arrange a shuttle service to Da Nang downtown.

The pool in the to deck has beautiful views with separate section for children. It lacked seating but the children had a blast playing in the water then enjoying dinner by the pool after.

Hotel was smaller than expected and our 3 rooms my family booked were all located in different floors in which we cannot access with our key. It was more troublesome to coordinate meeting time or have the kids play together.

Perfect location surrounded with restaurants and mini markets and mostly 5 mins walk to the beach and viewed through the room balcony

Very close to the beach , the staff was helpful and kind. Very convenient location , near an abundance of restaurants . Would definitely come back

The noise from the beach very early. However the best thing is to go to the beach at 5.30am and join the locals. Incredible atmosphere, watch the fishing nets being pulled in. Sunrise wedding photos. The number of people is quite something.

I have stayed at this Hotel numerous times now and will continue to stay time and time again ! Location is superb 100 yds from the beach, the most insane sunrises and sunsets . Roof top infinity pool does not disappoint , neither do the 360 deg views. Staff are so helpful and on hand. Rooms are fabulous and spacious with the luxury essence feel for a great price. Location is great for everything not just the beach !

My room and view was perfect! I asked for a ocean view and a quiet room, and that's exactly what I received. The bed was comfortable which was very important for my physical health.

There wasn't a large variety of food choices/restaurants in walking distance. Many restaurants in the area were the same type. I didn't find one that served breakfast or with a variety of food types/options.My one complaint is although I asked and received a quiet room, I was awakened very early one morning by a guests' non stop barking dog. I finally was forced to wake up and call the front desk about it. Afterward, having been awakened and disturbed for several minutes by the barking, I had difficulty now falling back asleep.

Absolutely everything you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. The 27th floor has probably the best rooftop infinity pool in the whole of Da Nang. The room is noise-proof, clean and cozy. I had the best sleep and it's impeccably clean. Great views and incredibly spacious. Even when it came to help planning tours and trips, the hotel is great. There's a cafe in the lobby too, and a gym on the 28th floor. I love the sea views here. Go go go! So worth it! It's only 10 minutes on Grab to Maia Beach which has the bars and clubs, night life.

The breakfast buffet was OK. Don't expect the best Vietnamese and continental breakfast, but it is passable. Everything else was great, though.

This is a very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and in a great location by the beach. It has spacious rooms (ours had a lovely view), nice modern bathrooms and very good sound proofing. The restaurant menu was available in the cafe and rooftop bar throughout the day as well as in the restaurant at lunchtime and the evening. The food was freshly prepared and the staff ensured that dishes were altered for a member of our family who is vegan. There is a lovely rooftop infinity pool and sauna with changing rooms, lockers and fluffy towels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to everyone thinking of staying here.

Rooms were a bit dated with carpet which I don’t love but bed was clean and comfy.

Loved everything! Staff were friendly and attentive! Breakfast Buffet was amazing :) Will definitely recommend and stay there again.
