voco Ma Belle Danang by IHG

The breakfast was wonderful with all the dishes freshly prepared. So many delicious dishes to choose from. American, Chinese, Korean. The room size is quite large and the sea view was nice. The staff here was excellent. Everyone was polite and helpful. The concierge helped us find restaurants and spas. When we got back home and found that we left a bag there, they also helped us locate the bags. The masseuses at the spa did an excellent job. We were rejuvenated.

It would be nice if there were more restaurants at the hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant could fancier. The hotel's spa facility and bathrooms should be cleaner.

Location opposite sea side/ breakfast nice and have separate menu for vegetarian/ all staff helpful

Room i choose name sea side family( i thought family as bigger but happened it have double bunk beds and tried to take same room sea side without bunk beds but no help), booking app not show correct images)

The property was in a good location right across from the beach on our original stay we had the city view which was great. We changed to the ocean view. Once it clear up. That was a good view, but a little bit more noisier.

Everything the location was excellent, and the staff was excellent

What I didn’t like about the property is your upstairs restaurant on the 26th floor the way they calculate the 20% discount compared to the first floor and the coffee shop is totally different. They all should be on the same page I used to do a county work for years still can’t figure out how they came up with the numbers they came up with.

Location across the beach and close to just anywhere,booked for a room with seaview and got it. The staffs were friendly and clear about all the deposits and stuffs. The water hose in the toilet was a ??

The wood flooring were old and always made a squeaky sound.

This is one of the most top notch hotel in the area. The staff were very very great lead by two amazing guys Dustin and Henry, these two guys are working like engine even in there off days. They give full support every time I needed them and we have felt their hospitality all the time. I have visited several cities and hotel and these guys are the best. Location was great, just right at the beach, they have an amazing sky view at their pool. Last, their breakfast was very delicious and have all the variety. The bakery is one of the best. I have seen their main chief going out to check the quality of the food and service two days in a row. The staff of this hotel are really top notch

Nothing. All was great. Actually they surprised my son with a birthday cake in the 21 of August as it was his birthday and he was very happy and we all enjoyed their great kindness, they made unforgettable moment for us. So thank to the whole staff from all of my family.

Great location, very new, very friendly and helpful staff. The concierge Antoine and Henry are extremely helpful and polite. After I checked in, I asked some questions regarding restaurant, they added my WhatsApp and provided direction and recommendations and helped me to make reservations. Using glass bottle is very ESG, don’t waste plastic bottles. After check out I found out that I left something in the room and I have moved to another hotel already. I WhatsApp Antoine who helped me to contact the cleaner and then ordered a grab bike to send my stuff to my hotel within half an hour. He even paid for the grab. This is really top quality services and I am really really thankful for what they did to help me. Thank you??

Amazing Location, we had a room overlooking the main beach so it was fun to watch the activity everywhere. Breakfast buffet was amazing. We loved the activities and vibe around the area, especially watching the hundreds of locals' flock to the beach early morning and afternoon.

We had some confusion about the payment for breakfasts, but it was quickly addressed. Said the rooms were smoke free but our room had a smoke odour. We were unlucky to have noisy guests next to us with karioke for two nights but they were quiet by 11.00 pm

This property offered very comfortable bed and pillows which is extremely important to us. Conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. Not far from the dragon bridge and other attractions. We did not have the breakfast buffet but did eat at the Cielo restaurant several times. Trang gave us exceptional service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Linh was great at concierge. We would like to give a very special shout out to Henry at concierge. From the moment we met, he helped us with everything. He spoke very good English which was a plus. He arranged for a wonderful driver for us the entire time we were there! He ordered our train tickets to HUE, and arranged a wonderful tour guide for us while we were there. We could not have asked for better service. Henry is a wonderful asset to your hotel and should be recognized as such!

We would have given a perfect score if not for the pounding music at the pool and Cielo restaurant. This music is in no way relaxing and made it very uncomfortable. Very few lounge chairs at the pool. Also the lighting in the bathroom was not great.

I had to bring down my luggage since there was not enough staffs for bell captain

I just loved it so much. It was right on the beach. The staff were wonderful. The facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious. The views from the pool were breathtaking.

Room cleaning wasn’t prompt. We had to ask a few times to get our room cleaned which was not ideal. But not the worst.

Not worth staying

The room is not clean and have smoking smell. Limited amenities and obit good qualities. Limited staff to provide service at the breakfast. The food is not that good. Overall is not worth the money. This hotel should rate 3 stars rather than 4. In addition, we booked the wrong date and asked hotel to change the booking to earlier date. The staff at reception diid not try to help and don’t have service mind. They asked us to wait although it’s late that night. We decided to book another room at the hotel as it’s very late. Hotel charged us for the new booking and the exiting. The hotel said that it was a policy of booing.com but in the application they said that we should contact the hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent close to everything I needed and in a very convenient area, which is one of the highlights of my stay.

I have stayed at several VOCO properties in the past and have always appreciated their warm hospitality and professional service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this hotel did not reflect the standards I have come to expect from the VOCO brand.The front desk staff were neither welcoming nor professional. There was a clear lack of communication, courtesy, and willingness to assist guests. From the moment I arrived, I felt that the staff were uncooperative and uninterested in providing support or even basic hospitality. This is not the level of service I associate with VOCO hotels.As a frequent traveler and loyal guest to the brand, I was disappointed and frustrated by the poor reception experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and supervision of front desk personnel to maintain the reputation VOCO is known for.

Breakfast was short time only to 10am so we only been there onceThe hotel location is perfect for the beach activities but very limited with walking street for food or coffee we had to grab car every time we wanted something

Amazing infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Beds were super comfy and staff were lovely. Could not fault anything. Would highly recommend staying here.
