- Originally tried to put us in a much smaller and cheaper room than we’d paid for. Had to return to the desk and clarify to which they did move us but shouldn’t have been required. New room was closer to the one advertised/booked. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. English was a big language barrier so was difficult to communicate with staff. Wouldn’t allow early check in at 10am unless we paid an extra 35% of one night stay, even though room was available. Breakfast was brought to room which isn’t a big issue but not as functional as having a breakfast area.

The employees were helpful in all matters (bus, laundry, taxi services). The room was big, as was the bed and it was clean and comfortable.
The bathroom was tiny and the shower was not separated, so once you shower everything is wet.
The location was quite good, near the sea. Restaurants and places to eat, could be easily reached. The room had 2 wide beds, air conditioner and small fridge. Staff were very friendly, helped us with all questions we had.

really poor wifi. had to ask them to reset the router twice during my 2-night stay. even then, it was super slow and often times didn’t reach my room. lots of ants in my room. the water kettle in my room was broken. the key card slot to activate the room is annoying - there is a sensor in the slot meaning you can only can use the room card, not just any regular card. which is very annoying because they only gave me one card, which means just going down to grab a coffee require full shut down of the AC so i come back to a hot room even when i’m just leaving the room for less than 5 minutes.

We were originally from Auckland , NZ and I booked this hotel when we were staying in Hue , just 1 day before we arrived in Da Nang. High rating and reasonable price were the reasons I chose this hotel and was happy with my choice.
