Elites Hotel

Good location, clean and friendly staff.

The location and friendly staff. Affordable.

No restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty around.

The room was very spacious and the city view was very nice. There are a lot of massage places, restaurants on the street. Easy to get grab. Walk to the beach.

There was no breakfast included. The towels need to be replaced. They charge 3%if you pay by your credit card.

Big room, comfy bed. It served its purpose but would not have wanted to stay more than a couple nights.

The roof pool was closed, and it was just ok. Nothing directly wrong the property just doesn’t sing awesomeness. The staff was great.

The room was exactly my style: small, cozy, and filled with warm lighting that made it feel very inviting. The hotel's location is excellent—right on the main road and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. It’s incredibly convenient for getting around to see the sights!

location, price/value, modern smart tv

pillow covers were not clean

Everything was perfect, perfect location and good housekeeping. Spacious rooms, well equipped gym and clean pool

It is located in a good location with plenty of restaurants, spas, and cafes nearby. The beach is only a few blocks away. AC and water pressure were good.

The pool was closed for repairs as of 12/20/25 and the restaurant in the property was closed. I had a couple mechanical issues in my room that I reported but only one of them was fixed. The other issue was a broken bathroom fan that didn’t work, not a huge deal.

The property was super clean, well located and had all the amenities you could need like soap, hot water, water kettle and more. I only stayed one night in Danang but would definitely stay again! The staff were also super helpful so that was a plus.

The price is cheap. You definitely are getting something standard, nothing luxurious. But what can you expect when it’s very affordable per night.

The photos on the ad are very well done. So it may cause higher expectations than reality.

Nice rooms with high ceilings, comfortable bed. Nice balcony and big windows. Nice mural on the wall. Good location near the beach and near many restaurants and convenience stores. Quite good soundproofing, didn’t often hear neighbours. Good value.

The carpets in hallways could stand a deep cleaning. Room could be cleaned a bit more there was dust on the trim and in corners but not too bad.

Very rude treatment from staff—especially the housekeeping who were very disrespectful. There is no soundproofing and you can hear everything. The hotel is also not very safe because I think someone opened my door when I was in the shower at night.

Perfect location, beautiful view from the rooftop and nice pool. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, can’t complain about anything! The staff is also very helpful :)

An exceptional 10/10 location, just a 5-minute walk from My Khe Beach. The hotel's strategic position offers easy access to major attractions, with both the night market and the famous Dragon Bridge show nearby. Its convenient location also makes day trips to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money.

Location is good, a few minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants arounded, price is good compared to the room conditions, facilities are old and lack of cleanness, I cleaned the floor by myself when I checked in, something sticky and black on the floor….

Stuffy room. Sticky floor

Room smell weird. Super stuffy feeling. The sheet wasnt clean. The floor is so sticky.

there is a gym but beware it has no ac or even a fan and this city is probably hotter than wherever you at ever gets. not to talk about humidity

The room/bathroom were spotless. The aircon was efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke English. It's in a great location, about 10 minutes walk from the beach, with cafes and restaurants even closer. There was a money exchange just across the street that the receptionist directed me to. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

There was nothing that I didn't like, but it would have been nice to have a fan in the room.

Comfortable king size beds and best pillows, $16 a night great price, quiet rooms in the back side of the hotel. Small gym, and small pool on the rooftop. Lots of great restaurants and places to eat nearby.

Great value for money, cheap but comfortable clean rooms, doesn't feel like a regular 3 star hotel.

No hand soap and safe wasn't really working.
