The art pieces and visual style. Also, the gym was very nice.

The staff were lazy and unprofessional. Cafe opens later than expected and closes earlier than expected. Often hard to find someone to order a food or drink with.

Air condition didn't work... After entering my room in late evening I set A/C to 16 Celsius degrees and went to sleep. There was quite tick winter quilt. No idea how was this possible, but A/C turned out not to be working... I was sweating a lot the whole night..Room wasn't soundproof at all and neighbors woke me up twice at night. Someone hit my ceiling/their floor and dragged armchair on the floor. These things shouldn't happen in 5* hotels. Gym wasn't very well equipped comparing to other Radissons RED I've stayed in in the past, so morning workout wasn't what I expected - missed leg press machine

Staff was great, popcorn machine 24/7 was cool, daily breakfast was nice, room was clean. Room’s Amenities were awesome (Individual disposable toothbrushes). Hotel’s car pick up was easy to schedule.

Pool was freezing cold. Front lobby door was heavy. Should be automatic especially with kids and luggage. Side ramp leads to narrow door that again is heavy and should be automatic. Breakfast should have different food each day. Some of the items are the same every day (except daily special) and optional became limited for picky eaters. Coffee closing at 5 pm instead of 9 pm. No body lotion for guests. No complimentary shuttle pickup at airport. It was literally 15 minutes away.

Staff weren’t particularly helpful. Didn’t help with baggage at check in and out for example. Bit strange for a 5 star hotel. I asked them to post some stamped postcards and they wouldn’t for some reason.. sauna and steam room were always turned off and took an age to warm up. Coffee machines at breakfast were poor and took an eternity. Room soundproofing was poor. I had several families staying on my floor that just let their kids use the corridor as a playground.

Comfortable room, very modern design, nice pool area . The water refill every day.

Nice location with the amazing sea view. Comfortable swimming pool and friendly staff. The location is around 10 mins drive away from the busy area, keep it a bit quieter. a small supermarket nearby, can get souvenirs and daily necessities there. Can reach the beach just cross the street.

The sound isolation is not very good, although stayed in the high floor, still hear the noise from the street. The housekeeping is ok but not very complete. The breakfast is very normal, suggest to go the cafes nearby.

Staff were very helpful especially Oo and Vicky at the reception who attended to all our multiple requests. Thanks

Everything was wonderful. The staff and the facilities were excellent. I especially liked the staff communications, this was the friendliest group I’ve ever seen. Special thanks to Josh at the reception desk for the easiest check in ever and for his recommendations.

Some party noise from across the street, but it usually ended early.

The hotel design is so unique and impressive! All facilities was great. The view is so fantanstic with beautiful beach. Pool and roof top bar was amazing too!

If the hotel can adjust the water temperature of the swimming pool, it would be perfect. Sunny outside but the water temp is too cold

Nothing. It’s a bit of a walk to Da Nang beach but if you want a quieter side, then this hotel is for you.
