- I was travelling on a budget and I needed a cheap place to settle in. This choice was an excellent one in terms of value for money. The room was quite big. I was upgraded for free. Staff was always nice and helpful. They promptly helped me when I had an issue with the motorbike I rented there. It was a pleasant stay in general.

- The hotel is far from what is presented here on Booking.com. The place is outdated, needs renovation. There's no restaurant. No direct access to the beach. You need to walk 10 min at least. The pool is a dirty pond, basically. Cleanness is not up to the best standard for a hotel. They offer motorbikes rental service, but it is more expensive than the average cost for renting a motorbike in Danang. Especially for long term rental.
- The pictures do not show the reality at all and the ratings/reviews are way to high (many without any text in the review, which seems suspicious). Therefore, we expected too much and were really disappointed when we saw the room.Some examples: a lot of killed mosquitos on the walls - we also had at least 10 mosquitos in our room when we arrived, the curtains were damaged and hanging loos, the bathroom was not really clean, the AC was barely working at all and loud, the wifi was also most of the time not working (fortunately we had mobile data), we heard everything on the floor (most annoying when we woke up twice a night because others were arriving).There is a pool beside the hotel, but it is surrounded by three walls and there is no place to relax there. You can only get to the pool by leaving the hotel (via the underground parking or the front entrance).

I was specifically unhappy about the swimming pool not offering the food on a tray service (which is shown in the pictures) - they said they don’t do it so I think they should remove the picture. 2. Although they knocked for room service every day (extended) and I said I was okay, they went into my room while I was away and moved some stuff around and opened the windows.3. The tap was leaking on the floor - I told reception and they said they would get someone to fix it but in 3 days no one came.

1. The staff were great! 2. The location was good.3. They had bike rental for 150k/day4. I extended my stay for another 2 nights directly with them 5. Good internet (digital normal teaching online) - there is a 5G connection getting you 70 download and 50 upload!

The room that I book air-con is hot. The staff upgrade me to room with good air-con with no additional charge. The hotel location is near to eateries and grocery shop.
The kettle is rusty, dare not use. The bathroom design is weird. There is a big window facing loo area. Although there is curtain to cover it, but the curtain getting wet when using toilet. My hand was injured by hot water as I don't know hand washing basin water head consist of hot water. The corridor is dark because the light will be on for a while when someone walking then switch off fast. The staff have limited English proficiency causing some misunderstanding.

We loved our stay here. We booked for 1 night and extended another 2 nights. We got 2 large beds for both of us, best nights sleep our whole Vietnam trip!! Great price & close to the beach. Staff are very pleasant, patient and helpful! Appreciated the clean room & fresh towels daily. Would stay here again no question :-)
