The service was excellent. From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the rooftop bar. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Hotel employee was very accommodating at breakfast. She had a vietnamese coffee made for me each day. Thank you!

I didn't like the shower over the tub. I ended up getting things wet. In addition, the hot water was not always available.

The location of the hotel is good very close to beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The staff is not very well knowledge about the area, I needed to go to emergency room and they guide us to go one hospital which they do not accept foreigners.

Temperature of some food items were not maintained properly. It was cold by the time we got our food.

Towels were threadbare and rather thin

Great breakfast. Location walking distance to the beach a good restaurants- try Bep Cua Ngoai across from the hotel. Staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. High tea was delicious.

One thing we observe is that they dont give lotion for the guest and please improve the skill if the staff in charge for ironing clothes, my top/blouse almost got burnt luckily it did not leave a bad mark.

The entrance ramp at the main entrance near the stairs is not suitable for the disabled persons and is not user friendly, it is so steep and not wide enough to push a wheelchair.

The property sits a few blocks back from the beach which is perfect and less windy. An easy walk to hundreds of restaurants, stores and coffee shops.

Dirty rooms, poor service, and does not meet 4 stars standards.

The hotel does not meet 4 stars standards. The rooms were very dirty. When we arrived, we found a pair of green shimmery socks behind the curtains. Those were never cleaned out of our room. The room was never thoroughly cleaned - not when we first arrived and during daily housekeeping. We found dust balls and dirt behind the curtains and underneath the beds. The towels and robes either smelled like cigarettes and burnt paper or cheap, nausea inducing perfume to disguise the smell. The robes and towels had holes in them and were clearly VERY old. The robe with hole was never replaced. Sheets and beddings had stains and when asked to replace them, they were replaced with other stained sheets. We found mold and algae in the balcony and couldn’t make use of it. The hotel gave a very icky feeling during our entire stay and we couldn’t wait to leave the hotel.

The building was seemingly constructed with no guests in mind. On the first night we were woken and kept up by neighbors arguing and then smoking on the balcony to rinse and repeat. It was ridiculously thin, could hear them sneeze/ cough etc. the front desk was helpful in switching our rooms but the 0 minutes of sleep on night one kind of wrecked several days for us. Super disappointing stay for this time of year, you can stay at a 5 star hotel for the same cost.

Wonderful hotel in a great location 5 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff were excellent. Especially the girls at reception. Can't fault it. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff here are really nice. It's super clean, they even mop the floors when the clean daily. The service is nice, they took our bags to our room.

Not the best value for the price we have found from staying in other places (Bonny Hotel) and the buffet food was subpar.

Convenient location, within walking minutes to the beach and lot of restaurants in the area.The staff was open to try and solve our main issue related with the bad smell in the room.Breakfast ok-ish.

First of all, the bad smell in the room (high humidity and moldy smell). We discussed with the staff after the first night, told them about the issue, and they changed our room, but even the new room had the same issue. In order to be able to breath during the night, we had the keep the balcony door fully open and the AC turned on, on low temp + dry.Another important issue to mention was the lack of cleanliness in the room and specially in the bathroom, the towels smelled like ash and they were old (like gray-old and outworn).Difficult to have a shower due to bathtub setup.Noise issue - paper thin walls.

Location and space in the room was great. Massage options were also great and location was convenient

Towels were slightly dirty, but staff replaced them immediately. We did not try the restaurant, but we did try the rooftop bar but we did not enjoy the drinks that much.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Big room , comfortable bed . Swimming pool is on 12th but not accessible if you have mobility issues as there is a flight of stairs to reach it as well as reaching the bar.

The afternoon tea is honestly not worth it - one cup of local normal tea and then they recycle some of the breakfast food. Really not what I expected. Choice of food in the restaurant is poor as well as in-room menu.

Loved the convenient location.

Grand Suite was large and spacious but the old carpeting made it feel outdated. We also booked a 2-bedroom (2 adjoining rooms with 2 Queens in each) for family members, and these had hardwood flooring and were much nicer than our suite. Also, the breakfast buffet was just okay. Skewed towards heavier Chinese food and their pancakes and waffles had to be eaten dry as the kitchen staff didn't know what maple syrup was.

We were missing some fun activities/lounge area inside the hotel, like a pool table/ping pong/table football or similar and a relaxing place to sit with the group outside our room. Especially when the pool was closed

Great location, close to everything, very clean, staff were exceptional - welcoming and always willing to help. Rooms were large, clean and had everything you could need. Rooftop pool was amazing, great views, and wasnt busy.
